T O P I C R E V I E WsteelroseI don’t remember much… Only the theme… An underground network of tunnels, like the Subway or sewage system… dark… flooding with water… the level was going up… dark, dirty water… flooding it all… I was carrying a mattress with others… friends?... trying to find a dry place to sleep…Everywhere was damp… huge amounts of dirty water flooding it all… I was soaking, cold, uncomfortable… It was a long way, escaping from the flood, a long weary path, climbing stairs, dragging the mattress…I remember getting to a train station outside… it was pouring rain… the sky was dark, stormy… I put some plastics on the stony floor to put my mattress on and keep myself as dryer as possible… covered with cardboard… GypseeWindHi Steelrose; As you know these water dreams are all about your emotions coming out, and boy are they coming out!!But, I find it encouraging that you are finding a way to sheild and protect yourself, you are helping yourself in your own dreams!!I think the mattress is just symbolic of your need for some rest. Have you been sleeping okay? You mention 'friends' so apparently others are own your journey with you, or at least support you in it, which is great.Again, you mention "up," which is another good thing. I would worry if all these tunnels and things led down.I see that you arrived at the train station, another positive note. I think you are getting close to moving on.I hope you board that train in your next dream!! steelroseHi Gypsee,I was missing you!! These days are being hard… Therapy is being hard, facing some things that hurt… not really progressing, only feeling alone and uncomfortable, not really seeing a way out… I am sleeping well but troubled… dreaming a lot, long hours sleeping, confusing imagery, emotionally restless, sad…I suppose you are right… I only want some rest… I’m not in the station to get on a train… only to rest… because in the tunnels I would drown… Cancer/Scorpio729Maybe try some meditation or yoga? They're great at calming and energizing.steelroseHi C/S729 I used to to some meditation a while ago but when I started therapy, my psychologist asked me to stop it for a while... Images that come to my mind alter my peace of mind and he can't control them... He needs to be sure that the way I'm moved within is only through his therapy...Thanks for the suggestion anyway... I will go for yoga one of this days...
