T O P I C R E V I E WWild-flowerA friend of mine died a few years ago in a car crash, we were not that close, a lot of people knew him, but we were on bad terms with each other when it happened. I have had a few dreams about him since, starting with one where there was a room with lots of doors and I found him behind one and kept hugging him and saying sorry. I really felt like I'd visited him in heaven. In fact every time I've dreamt about him it's felt like that. But I had a disturbing dream the other night, a very real dream where he appeared and said he was still alive, but he was angry, and all thin and ill looking. It was a bit of a nightmare. I thought I had gotten over the guilt of us not being friends when he died, but it seems I have not, and waking up after that dream felt like I'd been haunted. He's not the only "dead" person who visited me in a dream, the most vivid one apart from him though was probably my sister's dog.I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this, and can't help wondering if it is an actual astral kind of visit?cappy1277I have had this...many times. I had my grandfather who I never met, doesn't speak any english come to me a few weeks after he passed. I told my mother the things he had told me and she cried. I had one friend visit me years ago...He looked ill and was holding his stomach as if it were in pain. He kept telling me to check up on a friend of ours..she had an emergency c-section. Another friend of mine used to visit alot...I would always hug him and like you, it seemed like we were meeting in heaven. He was always fine. Look for the symbolism in the dream- it can reveal bigger things. One of the things that I was told and this may be an old wives tale but when the dead hug you back, it meant they were going to take you with them. I don't know how true that it is and I am not trying to be scary...lolWild-flowerOk, you've scared me now :/ Hopefully my 12th house Jupiter will keep me safe. The last dream had Tigers in it, (a common dream theme for me) they had been released in public and everyone was sort of running away from them, but no one else seemed as scared as me. This was after I'd seen him. I don't know, maybe he just doesn't want to be forgotten.cappy1277Tigers represent female sexuality and power, your ability to exert yourself in certain areas of your life.Wild-flowerThanks for telling me that, sort of makes sense.
