T O P I C R E V I E WAnastasiyaEnchantedHi! So as long as I remember, I have always been on diets loosing a whole bunch of weight then gaining it all back within a year. Is there anything in astrology that would say that a person has a tendency to do that? I just cant stick to a healthy life style because I feel like I have to live life to the fullest, and that means indulging to the max. I hate limiting myself. I have sun, mercury, mars and Jupiter in Sagittarius. Jupiter sextiles my moon, conjuncts my venus and mars and sextiles my ascendant. Also, my venus and mars conjunct. Am I doomed to live the rest of my life yo yo dieting like this?It seems like no matter what I do I always fall back into my lazy indulging life style. Does anyone else have these similar aspects and experience this problem?12muddyI know two people who share some similar placements such as sun/moon/asc in sag and jupiter aspects some of their personal planets. They have a relaxed attitude but still keep themselves in check. As for the weight, it does seem that they gain weight quite easily. My cousin who is water dominant and has venus conjunct jupiter is like that too. peachbeigebluemaybe just increase your activity! in sports or something so you get involved and don't even realize you're exercising. that way you can not focus so much on food and probably eat better in turn. either way - finding an activity you like to be active but not just being on a machine in the gym seems like it would be good for fellow fire signs. nove731I have this as well...while most people think I am rather trim, it takes a LOT of effort to stay that way. I have to constantly watch what I eat, or there seem to be disproportionate repercussions, compared to friends of mine. I have my Moon in Sag and Jupiter (as detailed below) is very active in my chart. Even though I am very frequently physically active, it doesn't seem to help much. If I just LOOK at food the wrong way, I seem to gain weight. I have to be hyper vigilant about what I put in my mouth (lol), or any hard work I've put in...well, it doesn't do me any good!
