T O P I C R E V I E WastrosazStill pretty confused about orbs for exampleIf you're doing midpoint conjunctions and you have Scorpio at 20 degrees, and you use a 1 degree orb it would be between 19 20 21 not 18 19 20 or 20 21 22?RandallTry asking in Astrology 2.0 also.StelliaI always look at orbs like a lightbulb and the halo of light that extends from it. So the degree itself is the bulb (Scorpio 20 degrees), and the light radiates out from it at an equal rate. So, if the 'bulb' is at 20'15 degrees scorpio, and you were applying a one-degree orb, it would be felt as far as 19'15 and 21'15.There are a load of complexities and exceptions, and don't even start me on the different orbs for natal, synastry, personal planets, sun and moon, transits, progressions etc... but does this help for now?mirage29REF thread 'just in case' Astro2.0 Forum ------------ http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/237907.html
