"Orb" actually means 'moeity of the two orbs', which means half of the allowed orbs for the two planets in aspect. Traditionally Sun, Jupiter, Moon had the widest orbs, particularly when in aspect to each other.
Luminaries get the widest orbs, especially when in aspect to each other: up to 10-12° for conjunctions and oppositions, but not quite that much for squares.
Mercury, Venus, Mars, Saturn less: up to 8° or so.
Outer three planets Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, even less.
The widest effective orbs in longitude are with conjunctions and oppositions. Tighten them up a bit for squares and trines, 5° max for sextiles (except maybe luminaries).
In declinations, 1-1.5° for parallels and contra-parallels, but maybe 2° max for Sun-Moon in aspect to each other.
