But you're right Ayelet! a couple months isn't too bad! Best to look on the bright side! I work from my home office, and I have to say the snow is beautiful, quiet, and serene- looking out from my window some mornings.. like a Christmas card. |
Pearlty | Oh just bumping for summer... I would normally be tending to my garden non-stop during this time- however mr groundhog found a way under my fence and has been nibbling the tops off my plants he spared the tomatoes, acorn squash, butternut squash, and zucchini so... at least I have been able to harvest something. Frustrating though- after all that planting.

mirage29 | ... Did some research. Buy some mink gland oil. They can't stand that scent. Also, they don't like the smell of used kitty litter? but then, humans don't either! |
Ayelet | Well, I think it is VERY generous of you to feed the poor groundhog... bless you! |
mirage29 | Ayelet.... Good one!!! And, you KNOW-- she's like that, too!! |
Pearlty | You both are so funny!! Bless you too Ayelet! Thanks for researching mirage.. but between both of those remedies I would probably yack in the garden lol My oldest Weimaraner always took care of these critters by presence alone and now she is 12 and physically can't & my other Weimaraner had ACL surgery in June so she's out for the count too... Ground Hog must have known! I guess let nature be nature.. there is always next year |
