Ami Anne | I, always, wondered WHY they want to destroy everyone's food. I just figured it out from starting my own garden. Their GMO seeds will not produce a new crop. That way, every single person who plants a garden will have to buy new seeds every year. This is why. I am so sick about everything happening in this country from Monsanto to Obama. It is all the same S@@t.------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. Check out my journal http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

mockingbird | http://www.seedsavers.org/ http://www.victoryseeds.com/ There are tons of others. I'll only plant open-pollinated varieties & hope to get seed saving down pat one of these days. ------------------ If I've included this sig, it's because I'm posting from a mobile device. Please excuse all outrageous typos and confusing auto-corrects. |

Monsanto does not want to ALLOW normal seeds.

katatonic | they are going into family farms and getting them shut down FOR HAVING MONSANTO PLANTS IN THEIR CROPS, wind-born invasions that the farmers aren't cultivating intentionally. in other words, their plants DO propagate, or some of them do anyway. but yes, the aim is to create patentable food and thereby corner the market that has always been immune to patenting. it is also a sneaky form of genicide, as many of the "starving nations" esp in africa, are being given GMO corn etc to fill their bellies. in a few generations they may not be having any more "extra" children. |
katatonic | but don't worry too much ami, and keep up the fight...now many of the large food retailers like walmart etc are starting to join in the push for labelling, at least... and farmers are appealing and winning in many cases in those suits. our pocket books and mouths are still powerful weapons! |

I hope so. I was at Sams yesterday and it is so cool and so good to the customer, it seems. Monsanto is evil incarnate.

What about money? Is that secondary? You know that the elite does not eat that crap, I am sure. How do they avoid all of it? Won't it get them too? ------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. Check out my journal http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

katatonic | i suspect that it will turn out that the sterilization aspect is only partial. without customers how will they go on? the labelling movement is gaining steam, and though you will have to learn the codes to understand those labels, the next step is fall-off of profit when people shun the products. which is why they don't want labelling. the tricky thing is that because research has been so limited, we don't KNOW how bad these things are yet. it may turn out that some are not so dangerous, but the patenting and royalty demands will go on. god bless romney for showing them the way, eh? |
katatonic | http://grist.org/news/campaign-to-label-frankenfoods-goes-viral/ now that walmart has decided to label its products the gmo-ers are seeing the writing on the wall... |

Randall | The sterilization is part of a bigger plot that the subparts are unaware of. They want us non-elite to be in more manageable numbers. |

They want to corner the market and push everyone else out with Mafia tactics. They are doing it. We need a few people who are not afraid to die because this company will kill people who stand in it's way. That is one thing about the TRUE Christian( and they are very rare) They will die for their beliefs.------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. Check out my journal http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

Hmmm, it is all just a lable isn`t it ------------------ We need to listen to our own song, and share it with others, but not force it on them. Our songs are different. They should be in harmony with each other. ~ Mattie Stepanek |
katatonic | only OTHER religious fanatics are crazy, according to EACH religion which would "die for their beliefs". it doesn't take religion to have principles. however crazy they may seem to the other guy. |
