For e.g. "Does he love me?" and then you want to ask "Will I pass my exams?" - those are two unrelated questions. Yes you can but they need to be unrelated. You cannot ask several questions which are relateable to one topic. For e.g. "Does he love me?" and then you want to ask "Will I pass my exams?" - those are two unrelated questions.
If you ask "Does he love me?", receive answers and then want to ask "Does he want to be with me?", then these "questions" should be answered from the original chart.
