WaterBearingMaiden | I want to first point out that I don't know his exact birth date. He told me when we first met that he is pretty sure it's between 8am and 9am so I went with 8:30am. I have looked at some of the individual aspects and tried to figure them out, but I know you have to look at the whole picture which I'm not very good at yet. There are some things that are concerning me, such as the Venus square Neptune in synastry (I'm always the venus person, blast it all). I'm also worried about all of the squares to the Ascendant in the composite, and of course those aspects with Uranus in the composite. We don't seem to have any *real* Saturn aspects in either synastry or the composite. But we do have some beautiful aspects, like things aspecting our vertex and of course we have the Sun/Venus/Mercury stellium in the composite (If only the relationship could get off the ground to experience it hehe). I'm dealing with a man that has been burned badly in a past relationship, and who now has commitment issues. But ever since I first met him I felt like he was special to me. There's just something about him that I can't get past and I feel like I will be devastated if we never get a chance to try a relationship. I've never felt about anyone else the way I have felt about him. But, I'm wondering if the synastry and composite has so many bad elements that it's not even worth pursuing. Any insight you can give me on anything that sticks out to you would be great! Synastry:
Composite: |
Rosalind | Synastry: Venus and Pluto over IC. Lovely but strongly karmic. Mars over 5th house is steamy. Sexually steamy. Sun conjunct Vertex and Moon conjunct NN is both karmic and fated feeling. Juno conjunct DSC DW. Wow, this is strong indicator you could get married. Vertex and Chiron exactly conjunct ASC. Again.. fated. Composite: Juno in 1st house. Another marriage indicator BUT... While the stellium in Capricorn looks nice and solid and promising for a relationship, I don't like the fact it's not aspecting Saturn. Doesn't make any contact with it. This mean... there is no glue. And I saw no contacts to Saturn in the synastry. The composite is full of karmic ties. You have Jupiter at 29 degrees exactly squaring NN. NN at 29 degrees becomes even more karmic. Conclusion: Both the synastry and the composite look very nice. But since there are no Saturn contacts, I cannot see a relationship for a long term. Karmic speaking, something must be finished between you two. Something that you couldn't finish in a past life. You were destined to meet again in this lifetime to work on your karma. I see you are also very young. If you decide to have a relationship, it's gonna be a very transformative one. The heavy karma is gonna force you both to grow up and mature before it's proper time. |
WaterBearingMaiden | The saturn part is what is worrying me, to be honest. Have there ever been any long term relationships that you have seen without saturn contacts that got off the ground and were maintained? |

Honestly? No. |
Empty Spaces | Hey Rosalind What if they have saturn contacts in davison chart?that could help? |
WaterBearingMaiden | Awe man Is the Saturn sextile sun at -3.03 degrees and square venus at 8.55 degrees in the synastry not enough? I guess I'm kind of grasping at straws here but I just would love for this to be something I could experience because I feel so wonderful when we are together. I'm kind of hoping that maybe he was born later in the day. If he were born at 2:30pm for example we would have saturn contacts in synastry and the stellium in the composite would move to the seventh house and contact saturn. That would be amazing, but it's probably wishful thinking on my part ::sigh:: |
Empty Spaces | I had squares and conjunctions with my ex boyfriend between personal planets and saturn and we broke up anyway.Plus lots of chiron aspects.Well maybe thats why we ended our relationship.I dont know. But its weird cuz we did not felt any kind of pain. So who knows. |
llewsacm | I'm not so sure there wouldn't be the desire to commit long term in this relationship. Look at all the activity in Capricorn in both the composite and synastry. Wouldn't that account for something? I always have hope for love...lol. |
Soltze | Notice you have Mars quincunx Mars and Venus quincunx Venus. That's what I find troubling...and I've never seen it in synastry before. Do you feel a physical attraction?? or is it more of a closeness/emotional intimacy? |

That's funny because the synastry and composite with my ex was loaded with saturn qualities and some other nice things, but we broke up, too. In our synastry our Asc/Desc lined up almost perfectly on both sides. It was beautiful in the beginning, but it went down hill as time went on. I blame that on Venus square Neptune and Sun square Sun. I just felt lied to all the time and as if he were cheating on me all the time. I cried in that relationship more than I smiled, but I really did love him. I still do. Distance and me being tired of the "lies" finally lead me to break up with him while he was studying abroad. I guess to me it seems like you can be loaded with Saturn and sure you might stick like glue for a while, but you can also end things and still can't get over the damn person while you can also have minimal saturn contacts and it feels more free and liberating. Here was our synastry composite:

It's only showing a Venus in conjunct Venus and inspected Mars/Mars in the extended table. I didn't even realize. Umm... to be honest, he is the first man I have ever met that I have the duality with. I've had it with him since I first *really* talked to him. Usually when it comes to guys that I like I'm either initially physically or emotionally attracted to them and the other comes later as I get to know him. But with him it was the duality from the on set - it was both. Every time I talk to him I feel like no distance has separated us and that we have been intimate friends for years. And of course, I find him very, very physically attractive. Now, I don't know what he thinks of me other than that he has said that he finds me very attractive. |
Empty Spaces | I really dont understand.Thats super weird! |
WaterBearingMaiden | I'm not sure unless his time of birth is different or something in our charts is balancing it out ;/ I guess the only thing I can do is see what happens over time between us and if anything develops maybe I can find out his exact time of birth and go from there. |
