T O P I C R E V I E WAmi AnneDo you remember the name of the female doctor who had the NDE. I think her name was Mary and she drowned. Thanks so much for any help! xxmirage29Ami Anne?? Why don't you just go to their website and search it?? You'll find it's a really BIG well-developed site, with it's OWN search-engines. I don't know if they "charge" for it now.... I gave up on them a few years ago. Also if you do a 'computer search' (yahoo or google or whatever), type "coast to coast am", and 'NDE' and 'Mary', you should be able to find it pretty directly.I used to listen every night... For ME, Noory was fantastic during the first 5-8 years, then his approach went WAY downhill. NOW, (imo) it's chocked FULL of "advertising scams" where I feel they take advantage of the "trust" of 'innocent' believers. For ME, when I see authors, products, book titles featured on C2C, I feel deeply repulsed. It ain't right --- for now. That's too bad!! I think C2C used to be a safe great place to explore some pretty cool ideas. They turned what Art Bell pioneered as honest open discussions meta truths and mysteries, and turned it into lies, manipulation and sickening "audio-spam" to me.Extremely rare if I listen nowadays... And that's too bad because I know there are "worthy" guests. I like Peter Bregen, and they had a FANTASTIC "dream" guy (from Australia? around last thanksgiving?) (But many guests seem afraid of George, and act like they are kissing George's butt, imo-- He sidelines some EXCELLENT conversations. So SAD that Noory "lost himself" a long time back now. Too bad for what was a phenomenon. I HOPE things turn back around and right themselves once more.)sooooo very very sad that C2C went off path! I really miss it. TI was really bummed when George Noory took over. Loved Art Bell and used to listen alot a long time ago. WHen I check into the website and see an upcoming show I might like, i try to remember to tune in, or at least find in online later. But I don't check in as often as i used dto anymore.I'm not into most of the topics anymore. Kinda 'been there, done and heard that all before' type of thing. Once in a blue moon i'llf ind a show i'm interested in.Ami Anne quote:Originally posted by T:I was really bummed when George Noory took over. Loved Art Bell and used to listen alot a long time ago. Did you hear him? I loved Malachi Martin. He was pure magic. There was the guy with the hole. Man, it was so wonderful back in the day, with Art!------------------Passion, Lust, Desire. Not that I don't like George, but yes, things have changed entirely too much in some areas and not enough in others... it's all "blah" now...I'll still tune in sometimes, but usually not for long... topics don't interest me so much that are covered lately... guests usually bore me to sleep too fast... (which might be good thing with my insomnia running amuck! haha) I'd still prefer George to the Spaceman up here... ugh that guy can talk in circles fooooooooorrrrrrrevvvverrrr! seriously, EVERYTHING is connected to something and then something else, and then you have a bunch of nonsense that you forget what the topic was when he started... guy gives me a headache. Husband and I listened to these shows a lot when our lil guy was a baby, teething and not sleeping (taking drives late at night to put him to sleep with the radio playing)... Eventually we just lost interest in the material, I think. It didn't seem worth it waiting for the odd and rare, spontaneous interesting caller only... >.<; Art was a great guy, seasoned and well traveled, a great listener; George chimes in too much, distracts from speakers, and things got... iunno "commercial" when he took over. Art had the passion, George rode his coat tails, in a sense... there's no comparison, imho. <3 RaI love George Noory. I think he is a better interviewer than Art was, but the show did change in some respects when Art left. Ami AnneYES SMMary Neal!Thank you. Thank you.
