T O P I C R E V I E WBlueswan84Hi,I just had an interview today for promotion. Could someone please tell me whether I'll get it or not?Thank you for your help.RandallBump!IridiaI pulled tarot cards for you and I think you will get it.------------------Astrology is descriptive, not causative.Blueswan84Thank you, Randall, for the bump =)Thank you, Iridia, for the reading. I appreciate both of you.IridiaWould be nice to get an update when things get clear.------------------Astrology is descriptive, not causative.Blueswan84I'll update in this thread sometimes next week after I receive the result. =)Blueswan84Just wanted to let you know that I haven't heard anything back yet. I'll provide the feedback once I receive it.Thank you,BlueBlueswan84I did not get selected. Thanks for the reading.mirage29So... not this one, but a Better one! IridiaThank you for the update and I'm sorry to (unintentionally) have given you false hope.------------------Astrology is descriptive, not causative.mirage29Iridia... She was able to 'soak' in Possibility. That relieved mental and physical stress on her body. She also has an 'imprint'-feeling she can go back to, and breathe-in.Law of Attraction? If you can 'feel' like a winner, and carry that air inside, it's not only nutrition for your soul, but can 'make an impression' on a potential person who might hire her, or KNOWs someone who might recommend her? Blueswan84Hi Iridia,I appreciated that you provided the reading. Not only you who picked up that I will get selected for this promotion, but a popular psychic from California Psychics website that I paid for also said that I will get selected. Maybe you and she picked up that I will get selected but for a school program, I applied through work, that I've been waiting on the results at the same time. (Still waiting on the result) =)Thanks, Mirage. Everything happens for a reason. Just learned that the manager who directly supervises this position is a very difficult person to work with.Iridiamirage29I prefer giving accurate readings even if the message is disappointing to giving people temporary relief (hm, maybe unless it could save their life), not to mention empty excitement. I'm cold like that quote:but can 'make an impression' on a potential person who might hire her, or KNOWs someone who might recommend her?I wish it always worked that way.Blueswan84Thanks for sharing more, it's all interesting. May you get into that program and not regret it! Cause you already know: be careful what you wish for.------------------Astrology is descriptive, not causative.mirage29 quote:Originally posted by Blueswan84:Thanks, Mirage. I was 'merely' reframing to help you.. , and, to brighten Blue's outlook after not being selected for the job.I searched for and identified something 'Good' to take-away from the experience.~I am reminded right now of a very old comedy routine.(topic) "Oh that's good ..." (Archie Campbell, Roy Clark, comedy routine, TV episode of Hee-Haw) [1:29] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fMnQAvz0ek - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hee_Haw IridiaI feel the need to clarify something. In general, I don't believe the future is set in stone. What I do believe is that future-oriented divination shows the most likely path/outcome at the time (well, assuming the interpretation is on point), so if the message is dissapointing but the recipient has any control over the situation and turning the tide would be in their best interest, I'd be fine with providing them with a wake up call instead of a reading that came true (and I hope they'd be fine with that too).------------------Astrology is descriptive, not causative.
