Ayelet | I asked whether I will ever meet the teacher I have lost and got the hermit. Can someone tell me what it means? |
Ayelet | I added the word "spiritual" to the question (as with "spiritual teacher") and got nine of swords. Doesn't look promising... ): |
Ayelet | Anyone?? |
Ceridwen | maybe you need to become your own teacher? |
Ayelet | Maybe. Everyone has to become their own teacher eventually. Did you get this response from the cards, or was it your reasoning? Thank you for replying. |
Ceridwen | No, got it from the card. The hermit is on his own, but very introspective and able of very deep thinking and spirituality. He seeks the truth within himself. |
Ayelet | Thank you Ceridwen. I will ponder on that. It is just that I'm sad because of the loss. |
VelvetPriestess | It's an excellent answer from Ceridwen but I think that could go either way. I would ask for a clarification card, and if it comes up with another solitary or internal card I'd say Ceridwen is right, and if it comes up with the Hierophant, Lovers or more 'outward' card, then it would mean 'yes'. |
Ceridwen | thanks VP., and I agree with your suggestion to pull a clarifier. |
Ayelet | Thank you VelvetPriesyess. I pulled another card, and I got nine cups. That's a yes, right? |
VelvetPriestess | Yes, I'd read it that way |
Ayelet | Thanks, I hope so. |
VenusDiSirius | If I draw The Hermit and I asked about finding something, that's YES, 9/S present or not. |
Ayelet | Thanks for the reply, VenusDiSirius. Why is that so? I mean, why is the hermit a yes in these occasions? |
Ceridwen | yes, why? Because of the light/ lamp? |
