guess34 | I have a question, I'd like to print the lines on my hands before they change how can I do that? |
Hexxie | HHHmmm... Perhaps you could get a large stamp pad and ink up your palm and stamp it on a sheet of paper. Or maybe if you can get some clay you could make an imprint. If you have access to a camera with a macro setting you could take a really close up photo in natural sunlight. Hope this sparks some ideas for you. I'd be interested to know what you find that works out for you!------------------ `Who are you?' said the Caterpillar. This was not an encouraging opening for a conversation. Alice replied, rather shyly, `I--I hardly know, sir, just at present-- at least I know who I WAS when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then.' ~Lewis Carroll |
astroleolady | If you are unable to find a large ink pad, you could use a smaller one and a rubber brayer to ink your hands. You'll find the brayer at a craft store or a rubber stamp store. |
deuxantares | i once read about a palm reader telling his clients to rub lipstick all over the palm and then press the palm onto a piece of paper and send the paper to him. of course, you must be careful not to put too much lipstick on the lines and creases of your palm i haven't tried it, but i think it will work. |
alpha trion | Another suggestion is to use water soluble poster colour (black). Squeeze a small portion onto a flat washable surface. dilute with a little water if needed. Use a rubber roller that you can buy at a stationery store to spread the colour on the surface so that it covers an area larger than your hand. Press your hand against the inked area and then press your hand against a sheet of good quality paper. An A4 size paper will do. A similar method is suggest by "Cheiro" in his "Language of the hand" and other books by him. He used to use printers ink though. Good luck! |
firelights | Scan your hand on a scanner!!! I did that once..and the lines are so clear....much better than a picture.Love |
buena36 | Hi, I think that still is better if you find some good Palmist (not like the one over there) who can read your Palm direct. I have made it on the Scanner but they can't see all lines there. Buena

Jai | How about making a copy of your hand on a copier? You'd have to close the cover as best you can but I'll bet if you play around with the lightness/darkness you might get a good result. |
guess34 | Thanks for all that help! I'm not familiar with the rubber roller or the rubber brayer, but I'll try asking at a craft store, hopefully they'll know. This was helpful though because I had no idea how to go about it. I'll even try the copier. It's not to have a Palmist read my hand, I just want to keep a copy of my hand print for myself. Thanks |
