T O P I C R E V I E WanonymidarknessIf you happen to know any past life regression technique, would you kindly please tell me about it here, I've been wanting to do it alone but haven't found the right technique for it.RandallBump!RandallBump!anonymidarknessBUMPAyeletThe late Dr. Michael Newton wrote a book explaining his regression technique. I don't remember its name, but you can search for it. You may find it useful, even though it was not meant, I believe, for self application (I did not read this particular book, but have read his other books. He's dealing with lbl hypnotherapy, meaning life between lives).GalacticCoreExplosionV2 Anony, did you see my "The Real Life 'Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind' thread and auto suggestion technique? You can apply similar principles to past life regression. Keep in mind, direct, literal recinarnartions are somewhat rare (especially among middle aged to older Souls). Everyone has "past life" like memories and feelings, but only in a relative few cases are they direct, literal cases. Most Souls were created from a hodge podge of various different energetics just prior to this human lifetime. Their Expanded self took memories, feelings, energetics, and patterns from its collective pool of other Souls/lifetimes and mixed together some to create the present Soul. Past life regression will lead one to seeing those various other patterns and influences that went in to make up your Soul, but you directly/literally probably didn't live/experience them. However, since they are such an important part of who and what you are, its still helpful to look into. And who knows, you may be a somewhat rare case of a literal, direct reincarnation. In that case, the last life, is going to have particular significance, meaning, and power in relation to your current self and life. GalacticCoreExplosionV2 Whatever suggestions that you do come up with, try to not be too leading or front loading with them. Try to keep them as neutral and open ended as possible. For example, it would be better to say something like, "what past life influences, if any, are now influencing me? Please show me in a way that I can easily perceive and understand." Another helpful technique is to do a deep meditation and just ask to connect to your guidance team/system and ask them to show you what would be most helpful to become aware of.anonymidarknessThank you GCE for replying , I'll go through your posts, I came across another technique too, I will post it here if you are interested.I recently read that our past life memories are stored in our teeth in the form of crystals, now I regret extracting a tooth of mine!anonymidarkness quote:Originally posted by Ayelet:The late Dr. Michael Newton wrote a book explaining his regression technique. StawrI’ve got information about my past life through spirits communicating with my though candles. Sometimes my candle will flicker like crazy in my room. And that means come over here and sit down. Usually that means pay attention to what’s going on with the computer. The song playing, or one of the tabs I have open. RandallBump!
