sue ~ I'm only in astrological 4th grade, but some of the similarities of your charts struck me. I wanted to copy what Linda wrote about Moon opposed Moon: quote: Your moods and feelings are very different, nevertheless there is much sensitivity to each other's moods and feelings. That sounds like a contradiction, but it isn't, really, and the experiences of your realtionship have already made this clear to you. In fact, the differences are mutually helpful, because you have a basic sympathy and understanding of your divergent emotional approaches to situations and events, so there is seldom any serious tension or conflict. Unless you share a lot of (challenging) planetary aspects in your birth charts, your dispositions adjust smoothly most of the time, allowing you to cooperate and balance the polarity of your emotional natures. Remember that the Law of Polarity can work in a beneficial way because each possesses what the other lacks, and the magnetic pull between two opposed planets can cause your natures to balance smoothly in a pleasant exchange of attitudes toward day-to-day problems, especially in disagreements with others outside your relationship.
Linda wrote about Saturn square Saturn that there is a considerable difference in the way each of you handle responsibility and a shadow of mistrust now and then, based on a lack of understanding of one another's motives. A bushel of tolerance, forgiveness, patience and grace will get you around the negativity of this vibration. The Mercury conjunct Mercury (and in Scorp too!) says that you have the ability to read each others minds, a marked mental affinity. Also that you'll never run out of things to talk about and will fascinate each other forever. Those are the aspects that leaped out at me. I would say your friend is a deeper-than-usual Libra with that Scorpio stellium and four planets in water. I bet that's what appeals to the Scorpio in you with an even bigger Scorpio stellium! Hi sue,I only just found this thread because I saw the other thread that was marked to my (and pp's) attention. Okie dokie....guess what I'm not going to do for you???? Analyse your chart because that's not what I'm best at - I am nowhere near as clever as pp with astrology. However, I will do a Love Oracle reading for you and for your scorp mate and I will post it back here. The reading uses a deck created by Chuck Spezzano. It shows the potential of a relationship in key areas Healing, Love, Friendship, Communication, Trust, Joining, and Fruits of the Relationship. I'll try and do the reading over the next couple of days. In the meantime, if you want to know more about the deck here's a review. Watch this space p_s IP: Logged |

Scorpio is in your eighth house, which makes all his conjuncted Scorpio planets with yours in the same house. The eighth house would definately point to sexual/magnetic attractions, as well as life altering connection which you feel. This is definately a dramatic pairing. Plus his Libra Sun is at the 29th degree (as is his Moon.. how interesting) flavouring it as closer to the karmic lessons of scorpio, but not quite there yet... which his other planets take up in its stead. His Moon Mercury, Venus and Uranus are vey prominent in love relationships.. communication, pleasure, emotions, change and originality. These are all felt in your eighth house, dancing with your copious Scorp placements. Moon opposed moon is def. an important contact between sexes. Even more so when so many of your planets are conjunct.. If not by exact degree, it still lends you both similar styles. I see why you have made an impct and you re asking about this. Mars opposed Venus, also points to attraction. His Chiron conjuncts your Moon and Mars, I know this is significnt according to vedic Astrology. It points to Twinsouls/marriages.... Your ascendants are sextiled, you get each other from the outide, and the inside, according to the other placements. HIs Ascendant and your Chiron are also linked by the same sign. Though it would fall in the twelfth house... and you know what the twelfth means. (secrets, psychic links, clantestine relationships) Your Saturn and his Neptune are conjunct as well.. This is interesting. Saturn being an important contact between holding people together( Saturn, also representing the older soul, and I know you expressed this as a fact) Further interesting is that his Neptune can be dreamy and childlke, especially in a mutable sign, interacting with your Saturn, it can seem humbling and firm, maybe the guidance he feels as a firm hand from you, or it could feel like a stifling, motherly wet blanket to his free expression. At first, I'll bet it is an attractive influence, but further along, more resentful. Though on an inner level. His Mars squares your Sun/ Merc/Venus/Jup/Neptune ( Holy Scorpio, batman!!!) Though not all by degree. This could cause discordance, an inability to see on the same level when emotions are engaged, but it is only a small aspect when the rest of your harmonious contacts are taken into account. His Saturn in Virgo sextiles and trines your personal planets. Importantly, his Jupiter touches those same planets, and Trines your Moon and Mars. I have to stop now, as my hubby put on a Chris Rock CD, and needs me to hear the hilarity. Thank you for saying those nice things about me, purple scorp, I will try not to laugh as I picture someone calling me 'PP' It's too childish. I hope my quick synopsis chimed something. I can continue a wee bit later.... Bottom line though, it does seem like an important contact, and I understand the attraction.

Pixie, that was astounding, god almighty, its like you know the two of us, thanks so much, very very helpful - you don't know any spells to break such a tie do you (other than banging me on a head with a hammer ha ha). Thanks again and if I can do anything for you Pix, just ask - lots of love to you sue xxxPurple Scorp thanks so much for your offer of the oracle thing - I am lucky to have such good people around me - isn't Scorpio the sign that represents loyalty (am proud to be one and seeing this reflecting back). If Ican do anything for you, please ask much love Sue xxx IP: Logged |

hi sue,I didn't mistake him for a scorp, heck, he's got as much scorp in his chart and you and I do.....Libra.....nah.....he's a scorp!!! LOL. Secretgarden, if you don't mind waiting, I'll do a reading for you. The readings can get quite complex because if you draw problem cards, you have to keep redrawing until you get a "nice" card. Can you tell me some information like your birth dates??? And also your genders - just so I can get the "he/she" thing right. Dear "PP" but my dear, you said you'd be back in a "wee" moment....check the last para of your post. purple_scorp IP: Logged |

I mean, once you get past the "romantic phase" - it will be all or nothing. When I looked at your placements again, that's the only thing that keeps coming to mind. All or nothing. The pure excitement and passion is obvious. Just depends what each person really wants out of the relationship itself.IP: Logged | |
