How do you feel this would manifest itself? If person A's natal Saturn in the 11th in Aquarius sits exactly on person B's MC?

Any thoughts?

Well, looking at it as just a one-way influence, it will help the MC person learn about social psychology when it comes to their own career. If the MC person's Aspect to that Saturn is harsh, the MC person won't get to benefit.
