My daughter has Jup, Plu, Mer, TN, Ven in 11th house. Sun, Mars in 12th. Uran, Nept in the 1st house. Cap rising. I think I read somewhere that with most of the planets in this section of the chart that this person will probably be in the spotlight or famous in some way? Can anyone give me some info on these houses, pretty please?

Typically any planets on the MC(midheaven)specifically the generational planets - Uranus, Neptune and Pluto would indicate fame.A direct north node indicates a lasting legacy IP: Logged |

im with acoustic....how do you know? ive read so many things on this and i feel like i never have a real solid answer....my uranus(in the 10th), and neptune all conjunct my midheaven(sag) so that means im going to be famous? i dont know....curious anyway.... anymore insight, esp from wilson!!! i love hearing what a fellow virgo has to say... I think fame is tough to pinpoint. So much depends on the individual's work ethic.Uranus in the 1st house could indicate brilliance of some sort - maybe fame. It could also indicate an eccentric personality. (check out Johnny Depp's chart)Check out Oprah Winfrey's chart. You'll see the difference. She's famous but her sun is in the second house of money.) Usually some 10th house stuff also needs to be present. With all the 11th house activities friendships, and group/organizational help should be beneficial. With Sun in the 12th house she will probably excel in activities that are not in the spotlight but behind the scenes. ( I am a 12th house sun and as an artist - I excel in studio work another friend with lots of 12th house activities is successful at freelance out of her home.)
With Cancer probably ruling the 7th house marriage will be of great importance to her.

Well, I'm not famous yet, but I am eccentric enough in my own way to royally peeve certain people around here. Does that count? I have an Uranus singleton in the 1st.  I have a crowded MC, including Sun, Mercury, Venus, Saturn and a whole slew of asteriods - I can only hope this means I'll one day be successful in my creative pursuits, although I don't really need fame. wow i ahve like all the things mentioned here.Sun,venus,mars in the 8th,aquarius in the 1st uranus sag singleton,pluto conjunct midheaven in scorpio.But what caught my eye was the "direct north node indicates lasting legacy"-I had seen in my chart I had a direct north node and thought that was weird cause I read all nodes are retrograde.But now I understand,I guess their not all retrograde.IP: Logged |

Definitely 10th house planets...8th and a Leo on the ASC or MC is always a helpful position for public acclaim.11th shows activity with groups and I would look to the aspects those planets form in relation to the other planets within the natal chart. Are they easy? You child has pretty much all her planets on the upper left quad...this puts her interests of other people 'outwardly' focused as opposed to more inwardly. With her Uranus in her 1st house, she may be eccentric with how she comes across. With her energies (Mars) and identity (Sun) tied up in the 12th, this probably will give her some frustrations and challenges. Ask anyone with their natal Sun in 12th how they feel it affects them (I am not a 12th house expert)...that will give you a good idea as well!  GemStar IP: Logged |

My oldest boy has Sun,merc,jupiter,chiron venus in the 8th house, and he promises me that he is going ot be famous he has three area's that he is looking at maybe try all of them. He wants to be a actor,model.film director and I believe him because he stays on top of all the celebrity stuff and buys all the magazines with all the updated clothes and designer styles. He knows more about all that stuff then I do.He takes after me with the modeling stuff I did it so I know how that goes. He is a Leo Sun to they love to shine... IP: Logged |

Ok here is my viewpoint:Having such things as sun, mars pluto and saturn in the 10th may be good indicators, as does Uranus, even Aquarius Asc, however I would focus much more on mars and pluto and jupiter. Mars gives one drive, pluto deals with power, and jupiter deals with luck, success-expansion, and in this case, it would be an "expansion" of ones name and face. Right? Fame is largely dependent on ones inner drive-but ALSO their effects upon others. For instance, there are probably tons of people you know with some planets in the 10th, or maybe a sparkling uranus singleton or 1st house placement. However,to be have legitamite fame is to be able to connect with people on some way. Think of Marilyn Monroe, who is an ICON, apparently her "image" has been able to connect with people for years. Her life and personality captivate people. I think to be famous you too have to be able to appear "universal" to the public. So, with that rant, I would look at the 7th house and what planets aspect the midheaven, mars, pluto, jupiter and the aspects it makes to the ASC. Also, I would look at saturn to note the capability of hard work in the person. This is just my opinion however..... IP: Logged |

I recall someone posting a string about fame awhile back. Can't remember who it was! Anyway, the string was about some sort of statisitcs that showed that a lot of famous people had Aqua Moons in the 8th house. I remembered that 'cuz that's where mine is  ------------------
