i.e. How does person A know if person B
has love for them astrologically

Because I know there are some indicators of love, but I wanted to know what aspects exactly

Love is not a consequence of circumstances, nor is it is the mechanical byproduct of certain elements - it is a choice. Certain astrological indicators can create circumstances where love can flourish if the choice is made by a person to love and receive love. But ultimately if someone chooses not to love, there is nothing that can force them to do so.

I wasn't basing love off of astrological aspects alone. But I just wanted to have a friendly conversation on astrology, since this is an astrology forum

So.... what do you ALL think about Sun sextile another person's venus

Who do you think will be the person in love?

There are astrological indicators for a lot of things, so this is an open discussion for anything that comes to your minds

IamLove (I like your screename), wouldn't we all love to know that answer for that question! But from my humble and limited knowledge in astrology I can tell you this: Building on the concept that we attract and are attracted to people who more or less have the same energy as us (Likes attract), I can tell you that we tend to fall in love, and be loved by people who have the same energy (Look for similaries in charts), for example, my Saturn is square venus, the other person's saturn conjunct/opposition venus, we walked through life carrying this aspect and its energy affected our experience, hence the energy/aura we exude and the wounds we try to heal are similar so to speak. Hence, understanding, healing and lowering your guards become easier with people whom you share an affinity with. While opposites are very exciting, opposites have a tendency to be clueless as to where the other person is coming from, love rarely blossoms between opposites, very challenging, you speak a different language.

Soooooo Iamlove, PLUS all the wonderful Venus, Chiron, Nodes, Vertex, Angles aspects, for a TRUE AFFINITY between two people look for SIMILARITIES in chart pattern.

A final comment on someone's Neptune aspecting someone's Venus, this a possibility but should not be made a rule. Neptune is responsible for so much more than cheating: Spirituality, Delusion, Escapism, etc. People can channel this energy whichever way they deem healthy according to their own "Free Will". Astrology is there to help you figure out the energy in the relationship but not to direct a relationship.

I agree with most of what GeminiNymph said, Love is too big a word to use, but perhaps not too conscious a decision, maybe the possibility of initial attraction, and fascination can be shown with aspects between charts but to go further than using the word "possibility" is not possible.

sun-moon [nice, but one can come to dominate the other], sun-venus [good, but sometimes attraction is one-sided], sun-jupiter [sun gives to jupiter the best they can, jupiter is super tolerant of sun. lotsa forgiveness], moon-venus [this ones extra comfy, also tendency to give a surprising sexual attraction, esp with the conjunction], moon-jupiter [promotes good feelings, happiness], venus-jupiter [this ones extra nice, similar to the sun aspect w/jupiter but with a lot more love vibes going on, usually from the venus person to the jupiter person]. not so certain of what jupiter jupiter does. not much experience with oppositions tho i assume in most of the above cases that the effect would be slightly similar with an added fascination that could alternate at times with tension: could be something good to add to the mix.

Keep in mind that if either the sun, moon venus or jupiter is involved in a trying configuration in one of the natal charts, a direct *conjunction* will work to the detriment of that person causing them to feel a bit uncomfy in the presence of the person making a conjunction to this planet. Not impossible to overcome, just takes some effort and knowledge of the inherent difficulties.
