Wow! Just had this INTENSE connection to a Scorpio girl at a New Years Party.

I also met her boyfriend and he is an absolute diamond of a guy so I will not be pursuing anything at all.

However, it was very illuminating. I didn't have to change a single thing, sense of humour, deep conversation (including astrology of course).

That Scorpion gaze was locked all night (I Have Scorpio Moon and Ascendant). It got uncomfortable for me at one point so I made my excuses and left.

I have dated Leo's, Gemini's, Cancers, Pisces, Tauruses, and they were all great connections, but this was something else.

I got close to a Scorpio girl way back when in teenage and it was similar but we never dated. I was a young punk then anyway.

No-one has got me so easily before. She even seemed able to tease me about myself where others are freaked, and we instantly had our own private jokes as if we had known each other for years. We met that night.

My Cancer friend said I was thinking too deep about this as always (she accuses me of always looking for the "One" in inappropriate places), and she is right I think.

Maybe it was just being friendly. But my instincts are sharper than that and this was KAPOW. She didn't like it when I left, but it was getting uncomfortable with her boyfriend in the room and his friends.

I would hate to be the kind of man who could be that disrespectful.

Maybe I just misread it, but it DID show me what I should be looking for. Not settling for a weaker connection and trying to make the most of it.

Give me a Scorpio over all of them.

My friend is always trying to set me up with his Sun in Scorpio girl. Both he and i have Mars in Scorpio.
I take it as a compliment. He must really like me and he has the Moon in Cancer, and probably realises i don't get as many women as him (mind you who does?).

Excellent deduction in the end Swerve....not settling for a weaker connection is what that chemical-electrical BOLT / SPARK was all about!!

I have no doubt that the energy you felt that night with the Scorpio was felt BOTH ways...and amazingly, this level of ZAP does not happen too often in a lifetime!!

It is wonderful that you experienced this moment and recognize that great energy between two souls is what it is all REALLY about!! The unexplainable...and it is a deep knowing or feeling...not really based on the physical-it is soooo much deeper than that!!!

Good Luck in 2006 and trust that the Universe has your best interests at heart...it simply takes you keeping that bar set high to achieve all that you desire!!

GemStar

PS-I had a magical moment like that with someone and I was never the same again!! Without a single doubt, I had crossed paths with another of my SMs...(she wanders off in her mind somewhere mystical and dreamy...)

Lousiana Girl - Its a new social circle I am being introduced to by this Cancer girl friend of mine. But they are great people because they are so tight knit, and all of the girls are gorgeous. This one stands out for me though.

I will see her from time to time, but I really really won't pursue anything as the destruction it might cause would be terrible having just got to know these people.

I can't stop thinking about her though. Looking up the Scorpio/Pisces compatability stuff thats around. Just want to make sure it doesn't become a childish obsession.

I said to her that I am always honest and sometimes people can take this as being strange. I said that most people just don't have the strength to deal with real honesty. She smiled a big smile and announced "Wow, you are such an interesting man!" I felt emabarrased and loved it at the same time, because the whole room shut up.

The Scorpio spoke to the Cancer on the phone about how well we were getting on but when she mentioned I had asked her sign (I bloody KNEW she was a Scorpio the moment I saw her)my Cancer friend went nuts. She thinks I get too deep and scare people you see.

When I said this to the Scorpio she said she loves the Cancer but nobody really pays much attention to what she said and it had helped us bond.

At that moment I felt like a bloody schoolkid who was mesmerised. That is about the best thing any girl can say to me, or has done.

Still, daily cold showers for a week....

I would feed off that passion and see what it is about her that sparked the connection. There must be something you two have in common, something that is more than physical. If it's dangerous then stay away but it's interesting, what do both she and her b/f do for a living?

"My friends, how desperately do we need to be loved and to love. When Christ said that man does not live by bread alone, he spoke of a hunger. This hunger was not the hunger of the body. It was not the hunger for bread. He spoke of a hunger that begins deep down in the very depths of our being. He spoke of a need as vital as breath. He spoke of our hunger for love.
Love is something you and i must have. We must have it because our spirit feeds upon it. We must have it because without it we become weak and faint. Without love our self-esteem weakens. Without it our courage fails. Without love we can no longer look out confidently at the world. We turn inward and begin to feed upon our own personalities, and little by little we destroy ourselves.
With it we are creative. With it we march tirelessly. With it, and with it alone, we are able to sacrifice for others."

Hi Natasha. He works for a well known TV Programme in the UK called E4, and she works in Photography for magazines.

I would say it was the fact that she wasn't scared by my intensity that surprised me the most. She even seemed to egg me on, which I was reluctant to do as others can judge very quickly and the drink was flowing too.

It felt like she had figured me out and could talk on my level which never happens, even with Cancers and other Pisces most times.

I liked that fact she was so forward and didn't seem to care what other people thought. She is very strong-minded but very ladylike with it. Seems to be highly intelligent which should be a pre-requisite for me but I have never maintained that and its lead to misunderstandings.

I guess it was the intensity and intelligence that was the spark under it all.

Plus the vibe between Pisces and Scorpio that I think is even stronger with me due to my Moon, Ascendant, North Node and Uranus all being in Scorpio.
