Yello!
Do you have to convert your birth time to GMT to get your accurate birth chart??? My ascendant has changed from leo to cancer, and sometimes it's right on the line. Which is the right birth chart to use?
I was born on the 17th of july 1991 in South Africa if that helps?

Hey, I was born on the same day...but different year of course.

To answer your question....if your doing this online some places (like Astro.com) will convert it for you. All you have to do is put the time that you know you were born and place.
