i have a question...Dc which is opposite the asc shows the people who i interact...my asc saggy and really my best friends are all gemini people..i really like them..but also is DC related to partners,realitions...or are partners choice is in the 7 house..and my 7 th house is emptyy..so have i look my venus house and sign or look DC ...which one is correct?
and of course i know what type of people choose my self..but partners ideA is wide range..am i wrong..i mean partner includes friends;work friends..etc...but for realitions..what ?please illuminate me!!!  IP: Logged |

I think the 7th house / DC shows, what people you are attracted to; this can refer to friends, but also to lovers.
But I would also look to the 8th house for relationships, because that`s the house where that sexual magnetims comes into play. Here you probably find attractions, that are more passionate than those in the 7th house.
Also I`d look to the houseplacements of the houserulers.
For example: My DC also falls into Gemini; the ruler of my DC (Mercury) falls into the 1st house, the aries house. Can that be the reason, I feel so attracted to Aries-men?
Also, my 8th house falls into cancer, the ruler of the 8th house (Moon) falls into the 2nd house; additionally there is Saturn in my 8th house.
And I am mesmerized by Men with Taurus-placements (according to my 8th house ruler, which falls into the 2nd house, the taurus-house)and also with Cancer-placements.
Additionally I would also look to the Moon-placements for emotional harmony, and to the Venus-placements for romantic attraction. Venus always shows whom or what we are attracted to.
Me, with my Venus square Pluto, I am extremely attracted to everything that has to do with vampires or mystical environments, books, films etc.
And yes, of course I am also attracted to Plutonians. *sighs* My Aquarius-Moon doesn`t understand it, but my Venus-placement find them just irresistible, especially if their Mars or Sun is in aspect to Pluto or in Scorpio. So, to summarize this:
For relationships I look to the Moon and 4th house for emotional bonds
Venus and 7th house for romantic attractions
The 8th house for intense magnetims and sexual attractions
(And maybe I should even include Mars for sexual relations alone)
There are many theories about where to find the partner in the horoscope.
One theory sais:
Men should look at the sign, house and aspects of Moon and Venus, to find their ideal woman (because Moon and Venus represents the woman in men`s horoscopes)
Women should look at the sign, house and aspects of Sun and Mars
Additionally both should look at the DC and 7th house.
Well, personally I think, Venus tells us a lot about romantic attractions in the horoscope of both sexes, because Venus represents what we are attracted to, both men and women.
But everyone has their own opinion on that matter I guess.
BTW I personally think the strongest interactions possible are those, where the 7th house of one partner and the 1st house of the other partner complement each other.
For example: you have a Gemini-descendant. That means you`re attracted to Geminis or Mercurian people.
And if you meet someone with Mercury in the 1st house or Gemini asecendant, there could be a very strong attraction.
Because you seek Mercury, and the other one lives Mercury out quite naturally. DD

Is that why a lot of my friends have Gemini moons? My DC is also Gemini. But I have no planets in Gemini, except Chiron, and only Jupiter in the 3rd house. I never could understand why I felt such a connection with Geminis, but I guess it makes sense now.IP: Logged | |
