what is it in my natal chart that makes it difficult to show and recive love of the relationship kind

higb,
you have a venus/sun/mercury conjnuction showing you are a very loving,intelligent and creative person,so i can well imagine why you feel problems in relationships.
there are a couple of astrological reasons.
first your mars is conjunct to neptune square to jupiter.this neptune aspect can indicate that many men you meeet are deceptive and while jupiter can symbolize honesty,with a neptune square it can show dishonesty.so you have the potential for insincere relationships if not flat out deceptive.your jupiter/uranus midpoint which can symbolize broken relationships is conjunct your venus.this can give you some interesting relationships but it can be unfavorable in terms of duration.
the most retarding aspect may be saturn and the moon chiron midpoint opposed to your venus/mars midpoint[romantic relationships].
the saturn element shows emotional pain in relationships and though it can show devotion,it most often associated with delays .the moon/chiron midpoint wiyth saturn is especially cold toward relatoinships.these symbols also indicate that you were brought up in a very cold emotional environment at best.it can show a very strict and distant father and a mother who was cold and non nurturing toward you.possibly she treated you as a rival rather than a daughter.the outcome could have been that you never really learned how to be in a loving relationship.

I just had to post.  Wow! you were born 4 days after me. Our charts are very much the same.
I also have a stellium but in the 1' area.
My Pluto and Uranus are in different houses w/ a Placidius Chart. The Mars/Neptune conjunct with a square to jupiter is hard. My Neptune does not aspect my jupiter but Mars does. Deception in relationships has always been there.
I am pretty quick to discover it.
It is hard on me and It takes a while.. if ever.. for me to trust. Hence a lot of walls...
Best relationships have been with Cancer..
Scorpio and Capricorn.
Water signs by far. Welcome !  Do you attract a lot of Scorpios? Wow! william.... The houses make a lot of difference...What house system do you use? IP: Logged |

i do get on with cancer and pisces males but never had a real attraction yet with scorpio men (but lots of pals) my sister always is strongly attracted to scorpio, up to now i find them a bit intense and scary. dont mean to over simplify.IP: Logged |

hi stargazer,
i use the equal house.and i consider the cusp the center rather than the beginning of the house,so i consider planets before the cusp to be in that house.

tux-just looking a your planets and signs, it looks to me like you have your sun and mars on one shoulder....love love love..relaionship
and one the other shoulder....you have moon in sag, and merc and venus in aquarius....aloof, out there, and freedom loving.
