my hair is reallly thick and has a lot of natural volume, like my fathers (also a Leo moon, Leo Ascendant)

but i like to make it big and extravagant....dont like flat hair too much...face is too fat for that

I read that Pisces influences can point to curls, but I'm not sure. My friend's Piscean sister has hair like Hermione or Hagrid. They look like dreads from far away, except no, they're just natural, tightly wound curls. She has no Leo planets either.

I have a Libra stellium and cant bear to see hair on the floor and am completely allergic to cat hair especially.

Libra ASC hair tends to be fine, pretty and easy ot style. It's often naturally very beautifully, even without styling, and many Libra ASC can look really great with a simple cut and style, even though they may feelt heneed to do more with their hair than that.

As for other signs:

Virgo ASCs tend to the have the most unfortunate hair and are notorious for looking "unkept" as result. Very delicate, unruly, difficult to style, gets dirty or greasy looking quickly. Virgo ASCs often have a hard time finding the right hair style for them. I know of this first hand.

Scorpio ASCs tend to have "severe" hair, either hair that naturally looks dramatic or is unruly in a way that makes the person look more "scary" or "intense" than simply "unkept."

Sag ASCs tend to have hair similar to a Leo ASC, but not always as impressive or low-maintanence. Their hair can look nice one day and completely unruly the next.

Aries ASC hair is pretty uch what you'd think - unruly, difficult to style. But they also tend to have strong hair that isn't damaged easily. Lucky ******** .

Cap ASC usually have "good" hair - it naturally looks nice, easily styled. But they often don't look good in edgy or trendy style - simple is better for them. Cap ASCs, either male or female, often look good with shorter hair styles.

Tau ASCs tend to have hair that falls between teh Cap ASC's "good" hair and Virgo ASC's "impossible" hair. The women tend ot be more fortunate than the men. I've noticed a number of Tau ASCs men would have "bristly" hair that they can't do much with but cut short.

Aqua and Gem ASC often have hair that "lives a life of its own," so to speak. These are those annoying people who can have hair flying all over the place, and it still looks flattering or cute. Especially with Gem ASCs - their free-living hair tends to make them look young and lively.

Cancer ASCs often have very nice hair that is styled easily or falls nicely in a natural way, but it needs upkeep. I've noticed their hair tends to be like a baby's - very rich in color and texture, but fine and a little fragile. They can easily damage their hair through dying, overstyling, sun, chlorine, etc.

Pisces ASC often have wispy or curly hair that's fine, and like a Virgo ASC, can look greasy very quickly. They usually have better hair than Virgo ASC though.

Am I the only one who thinks that theymust have made mistakes in determining some (not all) of those celebrities rising signs?

I don't see Hugh Hefner and his Playboy empire as Virgo rising at all. That's more like Scorpio rising. I don't see Oprah as Virgo rising either. Virgo rising would make the person a health nut or at least health conscious, Or the person would easily have a thin body, and that's not Oprah at all.
