Just watched "The Doors" movie again and Jim has Scorpio and Aqua written all over him... He was a Sag sun, Taurus moon...and, of course, Mojo rising I'm betting he was a Scorp rising. This would put his Uranus, Mars, and Saturn in his 8th, and his Pluto/North Node conjunction on his MC. Also, his Uranus is opposite his sun. What do you guys think? 8th IP: Logged |

POWER by Jim Morrison I can make the earth stop in its tracks. I made the blue cars go away. I can make myself invisible or small. I can become gigantic & reach the farthest things. I can change the course of nature. I can place myself anywhere in space or time. I can summon the dead. I can perceive events on other worlds, in my deepest inner mind, & in the minds of others. I can I am IP: Logged |

Nice Thread Eighth I would liken him as a role model if other attributes of his personality were different. but I get him. I listen to a Doors song every day. I havent seen that movie though. my favorite quote by him."People are afraid of themselves, of their own reality. People are taught that pain is evil and dangerous. Pain is meant to wake us up. People try to hide their pain. But they're wrong. Pain is something to carry, like a radio. You feel your strength in the experience of pain. It's all in how you carry it. That's what matters. Pain is a feeling. Your feelings are a part of you. Your own reality. If you feel ashamed of them, and hide them, you're letting society destroy your reality. You should stand up for your right to feel your pain." -Jim Morrison.

SS...ya gotta see the film! I think you'll really appreciate it.Z! 23, He definitely looks like an Aqua...he and my Aqua ex resemble eachother a lot and he's an Aqua w/ a Sag moon...but how do we account for his "Plutonichood" if he's an Aqua rising? Jim was borderline obsessed with "the other side" and death...he almost barbequed Pam, for goodness sakes! Maybe you guys will see something I'm missing there. 8th IP: Logged |

Sco MC Neptune in the 8th - I have this and I always am thinking about what will happen after I die. PLuto in 6th conj DC - I have this too, a preoccupation with plutonic issues in relationships - abuser/abusee type things. Also being in the 6th, the house of service, he would have used that in his career and thus, when he sang, it came out. He would have an opposition to his AC so it would come out there as well, his image. Pluto conj NN - I think thats obvious too, just like the MC, points to plutonic future IP: Logged |

He seemed like he knew he would die young...do you see that as the Pluto conj. NN? It would certainly make sense.Great observations. 8th IP: Logged |

I think its more the neptune in the 8th myself. Premonitions can be strong. Sco has a lot insight into things, these might all add up to the ability to tap into "secret" knowledge. IP: Logged |

http://karma.astrology.com/nodesmaritha2.html quote: Pluto conjunct North Node: This person finds security in understanding the depths of their own psyche and other people's. They may be intensely committed to establishing safe emotional foundations. They tend to hang on in relationships, sometimes for too long. Issues of safety and protection may take on life-and-death proportions. Feelings of blame and shame may be connected to nurturing. Sex could be used as a security blanket. Their protective instincts seek psychological understanding. Looking deeper into psyches (their own and others') provides security for this individual.
http://www.astrologyweekly.com/astrological-aspects/pluto-conjunct-north-node.php quote: Astrology aspects - Pluto conjunct North Node The conjunction gives the native a special knack for seeing through prevailing social trends and provides the necessary drive and willpower to take advantage of them. As is the case with Neptune conjunct North Node, there is an intuitive ability to understand the forces shaping present trends. However, in the case of Pluto, the native is much more deliberate and calculated in taking advantage of this ability. Whether it is used for selfish or for altruistic purposes depends upon the aspects of Pluto and the overall tenor of the horoscope. On the negative side, this conjunction gives a dangerous tendency to try to manipulate social forces too large to be handled with safety. The natives may become entrapped or crushed by the weight of circumstances in which they have involved themselves. The affairs of their lives can get out of hand, with subsequent danger of collapse. (This is the tiger-by-the-tail aspect.) In what department of life this condition arises depends on the house position and house rulership of Pluto.
http://www.skyviewzone.com/astrology/planetneptunehouse.htm quote: Neptune in the 8th HouseAt the very least, you have excellent powers of intuition that can border on being genuinely psychic. The things that you visualize can change your life. If financial dealings arise concerning taxes, shared resources and inheritance, be sure that everything is kept aboveboard.
http://www.cafeastrology.com/articles/neptuneinhouses.html quote: Neptune in 8th House You have a very active imagination and powerful fantasies. You may develop an interest in the supernatural, psychic phenomena, or occult subjects. You may have strange fantasies and/or nebulous fears of "ghosts", "the astral plane", or death. It's better for you not to dabble in such areas unless you are thoroughly grounded in the practical world as well.

Websites have her down as Pisces AC http://famous-relationships.topsynergy.com/Pamela_Courson/AstroData.asp http://www.astrotheme.fr/en/portraits/aW28Q58mWDtW.htm SHe has big eyes and they are turned in slightly, that is the crease above her eye is, kind of indicates pisces. Not the most classic pisces rising but a bit there IP: Logged |

I thought the sites just put them both near noon due to lack of actual birth time...but she does look a bit Neptunian. That puts his Venus in her 7th and I noticed that Pamela/Pluto on his DC too. Very interesting! It looks like his James/Moon conjunction in his 3rd squares his Pluto/NN. His NN is conj her Saturn exact...and this is sextile her NN and his Mars/Vesta trining her Neptune/Karma. This is also opposite his sun. Not a wonder they felt it was so fated. His Lilith trines his Pamela/Mercury and her Sun/MC. Her "job" or career was pretty much being his girlfriend, so that pretty much makes sense. Leo rules her 6th, and I think he also bought her a boutique that she ran. Also, "Patricia" is wide conjunct his Juno in the 12th. He married her in a pagan ceremony (Patricia was a witch), which afterward he said was just for kicks, but she took very seriously. Interesting that they are conj in the 12th. His Juno is conj his South Node and opposite Pamela's Saturn. He took their relationship to be long term and serious. (Well, excluding sleeping with everyone who wanted to sleep with him.) You were right on w/ that definition of Neptune in the 8th, 23. 8th IP: Logged |

I have a Sag friend with Scorpio Rising. I don't see a lot of similarity between the two. My friend is plenty verbose to be an excellent singer, and his Sun is in the 2nd, which would lend well to singing as well. He's also a lefty. He's self-admittedly too conservative to sing (though he likes singing), and with his 2nd house focus he's tied to security as much as any Taurus I know. He's been a company man for a utility service for quite awhile, and is making his way up the ranks. He's also pursuing a university degree. IP: Logged |

Yeah good analysis 8th. She does look neptunian come to think of it, the second type with the mildly absent look. She kind of looks like a annoying ex-friend of mine who I suspect is a pisces rising as well as a baby that another friend gave birth to who is pisces rising. I suppose Bill Murray also falls in that facial category (but his birthtime is unknown). When I saw her the first time, I was thinking of the first type of pisces ac - the Gwen Paltrows, Mario Lopezes etc IP: Logged |

Thank Randall!! Gahhhh he was gorgeous. His Astro chart says he was aqua rising and it is given AA ridden rating so I guess the Scorpio rising guesses were wrong. Does anybody want to comment ? Feel free if u feel the mojo!IP: Logged |
