Amy,

I'll look at it as soon as I get the chance. I'll put it priority since pain affects everything you do.

Amy,

The back is ruled by Leo, and your Sun is in a tight T-square with your Moon and Jupiter. You also have Neptune in your 6th house squaring your Venus and Nodes. You'll experience more pain when these transits are set off. Chiron, South Node and Pluto are all transiting your 6th house right now, so now is the perfect time to learn about your health and make changes concerning it. You might want to learn about spiritual healing, nutrition, yoga, chakras, and anything along those lines. I posted a link on the Reiki thread that offers free Reiki lessons. You might want to check it out. You may want to talk to some of the HEALers here for ways to handle your back pain. I'm sure when you hit on what you're supposed to learn, you'll stop having the pain. Randall has a vast amount of knowledge on nutrition, vitamins, and minerals. He may be able to recommend something to help. What you really need to do, is lOOk within, and figure out what you have to learn from it. Since the Nodes are squaring your Neptune, that's in the 6th, you have something to learn about health. Since your whole chart is set to work for your greater good, the back problems may be one of the ways you chose to deal with it. There's probably a deeper issue for you to acknowledge and bring out, so you can truly HEAL and go forward. If I can be of anymore help, don't hestitate to ask.

BTW, how did I miss your birthday (April 19th)??!! Belated Happy Birthday!! I hope you had a great day!

hi auriel,

thanks for your input. *sighs*

i don't know what exactly to do! stinking neptune always has like, 5,000 options and 99% of which are illusions

wah!!!

in the meantime, thanks for letting me know about the transits setting off the pain! unbelieveable!!! the transiting moon in libra just the other day set off a grand cross!

at this point, what doesn't make sense to me is that i eat healthier than many people i know, and i still get all sorts of ailments. it's just not fair!!! it appears to me that other people are getting an easier ride than me

love,

amy

I'm going to second the recommendation of Yoga. Get a couple of videos and do them at home. 20 mins a day will make a difference, if you can do 30-60 you will see amazing results. Anything with a 'Vanyasa(?) Flow' will be wonderful for your back....these are a series of postures like the sun salutations where you move smoothly from one posture to the next. Don't overdo! Progress slowly and steadily. It is the one exercise that you see major improvement from week to week. You'll get a wonderful 'inner glow'. Pay attention to breathing!

Massage is also DIVINE if you find the right practitioner. My guy has saved my day on numerous occasions. I'd be 'up a creek' without him
