Can anyone explain twin souls to me? I keep reading different post on different boards so I am curious.
The other little questions I have is how do you all get the smiley faces and stuff in your post? and what do those burning folders stand for?

Hey Jimmy, "Twin soul" is another word for "soulmate". Many people put too much romantic emphasis on soulmates even when they really don't know what it means. A lot of people think that it's someone your meant to be with and marry, (which is untrue.) A Twin soul is someone who has known you in another past life and is in your life again, but with a different personality and form. Many people don't realize it, but it's common to meet your twin soul. Usually, love at first sight is great indication for twin souls. But its not always a love situation, a twin soul may be your greatest enemy, mother, grandfather,...whoever. It also never means that your going to love or marry that person. It just means that the universe decided to put you with this person for purposes that you or I will never know. The greatest myth about soulmates are that you have only one (completly untrue) If you can basicly understand karma and reincarnation you'll know what I'm talking about. All through your pastlives you've met thousands of people and so all these people have the potential of being your twin soul only if you meet them ofcourse. I also believe it's common to meet more then one twin soul. It all depends on how perceptive you are with your feelings and other people. Twin souls don't always stick around forever they come and go as well. You may even pick one up during this life. It all comes with feelings if you feel someone is a twin soul he/she probably is. Never put romantic emphasis on soulmate. Never think you won't meet any of your twin souls. If you teach yourself about pastlives and how to remember "TRUTHFULLY" you may realize that you knew quite a few twin souls yourself. Also it's very possible to meet a highly special twin soul, they're the ones that matter the most to you soul.

Thanks for your answer! How do I teach myself about pastlives and remembering? I know I have had past lives and I do have deva-vu sometimes. But I want to know if there is something that I can be doing?

Someone else is going to have to give you better insight on that, but I can give you some steps that I use.
-Get into a very comfortable position, becuase you're about to meditate. (where loose comforatle clothes, you can even do this in bed if you want, do anything that helps you relax.
-Clothes your eyes, focus on your breathing. I hope you know how to breath right!
-As your breathing deep and slow its ok for anything to pop into your mind. The worst thing you can do is stop any of your thoughts, let them run around.
-Sometimes it helps to focus on one word like "Red" or something.
-When you're very relaxed your subconcious will start to effect you, it already knows that your searching for your pastlife memories. So your thoughts are all leading to that answer.
-By now many pictures will possibley form in your head, for example lets say you think of popcorn don't let it go keep going with it. It's usually leading your somewhere
-Always, Always, go with the first picture or object that comes through your mind.
-By now you'll pick up some pictures and ideas, and some sort of story should start forming in your head. The greatest tool you have is the feelings that you recieve. You'll definitly feel if it's right or not.Well thats way I do it, this comes easy to me so this method might not work for you I have very lazy and simple methods that aren't always effective. You need to find some books on this and hope someone else responds to this question. There are a lot of good experts on this board about this type of stuff.

I also want to tell you I read a reply that you wrote to someone about calling the surgeon tomorrow. I really hope it all goes well for you. I am praying for you!!! I was thrown from a horse a few years ago and was suppose to have surgery...then I ended up pregnant and didn't get it, I really hope it all works for you. I get pain in my wrist now from not having it taken care of. I hope you just need to keep it imobile and it will heal.
