My friend is not sure of her sign. She has a twin and I wonder if it's possible for twins to have different sun signs. They seem so different. Thanks for your help.

That date is on the cusp of aqaurius and pisces. To be certian I will need the exact time and place of birth. If you can get that of the twin as well we can see if their sins are different.
