Aaahh bless you Peajie, of course you will.......I shall magic you one up........  As for me......lucky that I am in love......third time around the block.....he is, I am sure, the one (I mean the only one who would put up with me LOL)!!! He mesmerised me with his gentleness, eccentricity (Aqua moon), sensual way of talking, interacting with people...his natural smell....his sense of humour, slightly wicked that it is and lots of other things.....but will give others a chance... Raj this is a lovely thread....thanks, I am in my element talking about love and stuff...

That we felt 'at home' with each other as soon as we first locked eyes. The excellent communication and wickedly witty sense of humour we share. His sensitivity and utmost loyalty. Why, thank you, AG My heart still flutters when I hear him walk in the door - after 10 years of marriage. I always come bouncing up to meet him and we hug and kiss in the doorway then he goes off and chills out while I fix dinner. It's just a little ritual of ours but I'm always excited to see him. Aaahh that is lovely to hear Touch........I am one of the few married people in the group of people I know.....my two best friends, beautiful and powerful women are single parents and at our sons school many of the parents are separated..... I feel we are so lucky to have met someone we can really love....my man is a real gem....I know that now...he never ceases to amaze me!! I wish this for all here Love Sue xx xx IP: Logged |

Way to many reasons.  A few off the top of my head. The first attraction... was our easy conversations. We both just felt like we had known one another forever. His bashful glances. Now it just progresses 1. How he bashfully looks at me with those big soulful eyes while drying off after a shower. 2. How his warm body feels next to me when I fall asleep/wake up in the morning 3. How he loves watching the Biography/History/Discovery/National Geographic channels 4. How he eats anything I cook even if it does look like pooh 5. How he's still amazed at how comfortable he is with me 6. How he gets excited about going to bed, just because we lounge around in the bed, watch television and have snacks (silly and simple, but true) 7. How just this morning (and many other mornings) when we wake, we lay in the bed... he lays his head in my lap and tells me about his dream (that was really mushy, but true) 8. How like today, I'm at work, he had the day off... he calls me at the office to talk and wants me to come home (which I won't.. but it's still nice to be wanted) 9. How everytime he hears a Van Morrison song, he thinks of me That's just a few. _______________________-

He is simple.
He likes his sex.
He likes his food.
He likes his sleep.
He likes his sex.( I know I already said that)
He likes knowing the bills are paid, the kids are good, and then the world rolls on just fine.
Yet.....
He says little comments that make my day.
He is so sexually attracted to me ( after seven and a bit years) that he can't keep his hands off.
He has said that it is not ME against anyone, it is US against anyone. That is huge.. though I have yet to take him up on it, the offer is there.
He loves me. When my friends see us together, they always comment.. the look in his eyes, the way he talks to me, holds me, looks at me.. he is gone gone gone and I am his.
He is a cuddle puppy. Also a horndog. He NEEDS to physically emote. ( Venus Pisces)
We are friends. I can be a complete goofball, and he'll hold up the fort right along with me.. OH! The dinner table conversations and car ride laughs I could share!!!! So much fun.
His work ethic is pathetically strong. His drive for comfort and good things overtakes his need for health sometimes. (Sickdays? Never!!!)
He married my son as much as he married me.
He likes to decorate the house as much as I do and isn't afraid of change ( we are both fourth house suns with Capppy Moons)
He doesn't always say the right things, but if its a real concern.. after the fireworks, he will genuinely talk about it. Which I need.
I am the challenging one, not him. He rolls with the punches, cuts me slack and continues to love me no matter how I push him away.
It would be really easy to continue to love him on and on and on.

Well hes not my lover but what made me fall for this guy a while ago was because...
He took notice of everything I do. Knew if something was wrong, even when I try to hide it. I never had to say a word.
He was a gentleman, always opening and closing doors for me. He feeds me without me asking, even when i say no Even with the slightest nudge from another man he will call him and tell him to apologize to me, no matter how much bigger the other guy was compared to him. Took care of me everytime something ached. Even if its just a scratch on a fingertip. He was fun and acted just as dorky as me when im being a dork. He never puts restrictions on me. He protected and respected me. and last but not least....
He genuinely loved me for being me. =) Hes a Sag--love Sagitarrians! Love Librans too... My two favorite male signs =) Jeri

Sue, I thought 1scorp's man was a virgo, too. Pix, I am touched by your list and the passion it stirred in you. Very nice! Touchstone, I only hope that in ten years my honey and I will still be together and as in love as you and your man. Inspiring! When I ask myself why I love my guy, my first instinct is to giggle. I suppose that would be one reason...
We are so similar in certain ways, but so radically different in others.
We share the same sense of humor... often making the same jokes simultaneously, and can find the fun in anything... we get caught up in our own little laughing world sometimes! And then there are times... When we look at one another like we're from different planets, which on some level I'm sure we are. We just stare at one another and *blink* *blink* *blink* Which makes us laugh. (Even though sometimes he laughs too much for me, and I laugh too little for him-- we're good for each other that way-- pulling each other into balance in the areas we need it most) I don't feel all warm and fuzzy all the time. In fact, I rarely feel all warm and fuzzy. But I am sure of him. I always feel unquestionably loved. Like: for real. Love is strange, yeah? IP: Logged |

I love cos he is so good to me, very gracious, like a knight in shinin armour.....and at times me like the devil woman LOL!!!I still like to look at him.......his hair, his face, his body, lovely ass, lovely smell, lovely everything......
