How do you find your south node, north node, true node? I know my true node is in Capricorn..But what about the others?Also how do they affect you? This has to do with synastry/karma:
I read that when the planets in your 12 house conjuncts with another persons; that represents past-life karma. A guy I have known for about 4 monthes has his sun (aries) in the 12 house and I have my sun (aquarius) in the 12 house. We seemed to bond the second we met. He swears he fell in love with me, also. No we're not together, but we are close.

Hi Louisianagrl,
If your True Node(a.k.a North Node), is found in Capricorn then your South Node will be in Cancer. The Nodal axis is the points, at which, the Moon crosses the ecliptic. From the northern hemisphere to the southern, is the South Node (a.k.a Dragon's Tail). From the southern hemisphere to the northern, is the North Node (a.k.a Dragon's Head). The difference between the 'True' and 'Mean' Nodes, has to do with what is called the Moon's wobble. Kind of a figure 8 path is made, in it's dance with us. It is, usually only the minutes, in degree placement, that differ between the ' Mean ' and ' True ' Nodes. Another thing, about the Nodes to remember, is that in transit they move retrograde. Though I know nothing about a 'direct' Node, I have one in mine and, several friends charts, also show their True Node as 'direct'. If you have not yet explored astro.com, it is a great site and, along with wonderful info, you can get your chart cast for free. If you select the 'Use True Node' option, the result in the chart will only show the North Node,...the South is found directly opposite.... 
As far as their interpretation goes, I understand these points to be tied to past life, to the present incarnation, lessons.
