I would assume, but because my knowledge is limited, that the venus/pluto combination can be quite a powerful connection especially in the 8th house. Transformation and change will definately be a focal point and likely to have a profound emotional effect on both people. And if left unchecked, I'm sure jealousy and control could play out, as well. It depends on so many other aspects in the composite and the charts of the two people involved. Hopefully someone will chime in with a more definitive response.

But one thing I know is certain is the fact that synastry shows why two people are attracted and the energies that play out. As for composites, they only strengthen over time. You said boytoy? Is this someone who she has a crush on, someone that she is slightly interested in, or someone she is in a relationship with. That makes a huge difference as the energies in the composite chart take time to come to light.
