its happened to the best of us...really the only solution is to have 0 contact. you have been assulted, thought about phoning the police? you are in UK right? what about womans aid. gather some support. have a cuppa. big love xxxIP: Logged |

I don't mean to sound alarmist or cold in this post, but, I might come across like that - sorry in advance...You need to get away from this person now... You need to surround yourself with equally or ideally more powerful people that can help defend you and keep you safe... Get the police involved -- perhaps the reality of him going to jail will scare him straight... You need to look hard at yourself and figure out what attracted you to the Abuser in the first place so that you don't repeat the pattern again with another abusive person... You don't know how far this idiot's abuse can go - it could lead all the way to eventual murder... It's not your fault - get help and be safe...

Honey get yourself some pepper spray and use it,
you've got yourself and your children to protect.  There's no excuse for spousal abuse. 
You'll be so surprised the first time you use it. The tables will turn and you will no longer be the victim but instead a force to be reckoned with. Give him the same break he gave you
the element of surprise.

Don't bother with pepper spray - it does not work on crazies (ask any cop) and you're more likely to spray your own eyes in the process...If you find yourself in that position again just castrate him as hard as you humanly can... IP: Logged |
