Hi Everyone!
I have always loved studying astrology, but have found lately that looking at the asteroids has added a lot of depth to looking at charts.
I was playing around, looking outside of the square, and (Gem rising) indulging in some wordplay with asteroids that might impact on relationships.
The ones that I looked at were:
Joya 7899
Lova 868
Lovas 73511
Veritas 490
Yes 7707 and
Yurlov 7558

When I popped them into a synastry chart with my SO, I found some interesting results......
His Lova Conj My Desc
His Lovas Conj My Sth Node
His Veritas/Valentine Conj My Neptune/Valentine.
His Yes Conj My Lova/Joya/Eros
His Yurlov Conj My Sun/Mer/Lovas
and His Jupiter Conj My Yes.......

Has anyone else had a look at these asteroids? What do they do for you in a Synastry chart with your loved one? Does anyone have any ideas about how to interpret the meanings of these aspects? Any feedback would be welcome. Sometimes I find it hard to interpret for myself (too close to be objective), but am happy to try for other people.
Talk to you all again soon,

Melindy

His Yes conj My Nth Node
And His Nth Node conj My Yurlov....
Hey, it seems I like to have Jupiters sitting conj my Yes asteroid........Will have to do some more checking of charts.....

This is interesting, but I have an astrologer friend who's been studyin astrology for a LONG time now and she taught me that asteroids don't have that much affect on relationships unless the conjunction is the same sign AND the same degree. I don't know if that's how you did it or not, but it's still interesting how many conjunctions you have. I did this and the only conjunctions we had were:

His yes conj my Yes
His yurlov conj my yurlov
His Yes conj my mars
My yes conj his mars
My lova conj his mars
His Love conj my venus
My Joya conj his sun, moon, and mercury

And... I'm pretty sure that's it, but that's only by houses, not degrees. It does seem eery now that I look at it more closely, though 'cause we both have stuff conjunct each others mars and venus... I guess it DOES affect the relationship, but not significantly when compared to the affect it has when the asteroids are in exact conjunction with other asteroids or planets. Thank you for posting this, it's been quite interesting. ^_^ Be safe, and good luck!

Hi All,
Thanks for the reply GypsyDancer . When I was looking at those asteroid conjunctions I was working with close orbs, either exact or 2-3 degrees at most. All of them are same sign conjunctions except the Jupiter-Yes one with my ex partner. I have looked a bit further and I have a (his) Jupiter conj (my) Yes with my current boss. This is also out of sign, anything he asks me to do, I just seem to automatically say Yes to??????
How close are some of the conjunctions you mentioned? I know some astrologers are very strict with orbs, but others like Kim Falconer are a bit more flexible in usage.....If it acts like a conjunction, then it should be counted as one.....
I also think that sometimes we have planets/asteroids/points in our personal charts that are more sensitive than others seem to be, thus they tend to react more even with a larger orb?
Thanks again for having a look at your charts.....Has anyone else found anything?
Also, have you looked at the composite chart GypsyDancer? I would be interested in that as well?? In fact would be curious to have a look anyway. Pop back with the birth data and I can have a look too?

Talk to you soon,

Melindy
