Do you think aqua males are compatible for you as life partners ?
how would you compare the attraction with them to others ?
do you really think , its a long term relation ?
what is it that the scorp or cap woman find most appealing in them and what is the most fulfilling part of the realtion ?

well , i am still thinking of other question ? i know all this is way too generalised, so i am expecting answer in those realms only?

When they say Aquas hate possessiveness. they mean they HATE possessiveness. When they say Aquas aren't emotional, they mean they are NOT emotional. When they say it takes an Aqua a very long time to form genuinely intimate relationship, the ymean a VERY LONG time (think YEARS). And when they say, Aquas tend to wake up one day and cast off a 2, 5, 10 year relationship because they think they need to "move on" - well, they do.

If that's not what you're looking for, then look elsewhere. And don't be fooled that just because that Aqua's charming and lovely and generous right now that you are building the kind of relationship that a Cancer or Scorp would want. Aquas always have their own agendas and play by their rules, and they don't necessarily care what yours are, even if they say "I love you."

Do I think an aqua would be a great partner in the long term? I don't know, I don't know that many aqua guys. I've known one before and he was pretty chill...but I never caught feelings for him or nothing like that. There seemed to be so many waterwomen dating aqua guys awhile back...actually, there seemed to be alot of women in general dating "confusing" aqua guys a while back.

And unless you have ALOT of air in your chart, do not expect too much from an Aqua male (emotionally)....just WAY too detached for water chicks, as far as I have seen both personally and with friends...

Personally, I like the emotional detachment and can deal with it as I am highly Aquarian myself~~I love the intelligence and independence exhibited by Aqua guys!!!

However~~~

My greatest complaints about ALL of the Aqua men I have encountered and it has been several is that they have a tendency to "lie" or be atleast vague and untruthfull, especially to themselves.

anyways...altho the topic says 'water women', u did ask abt wht a cappy woman wud find attractive in them.

well i think it wud depend on the placements. (specifically, on the cappy's and aqua's moon...now a cappy with an air/fire moon and aqua with a water/earth moon...tht's a very nice combo) since cappy and aqua r adjacent signs, it is quite possible for a cappy to hv merc, mars, venus in aqua and vice versa. for eg, sun conj venus can create a powerful attraction...the way i see it, adjacent sign relationships r rife with possibilites

from a more personal standpoint, i hv mars and merc in aqua...and moon in gemini. i hv a *close* aqua friend i once had a crush on. he has his venus in cappy tht is conj my sun. and my mars is conj his sun. he also has his moon in cancer trine my venus, whereas my moon in gemini is loosely trine his sun. he is not unemotional at all (moon in cancer!!) but does tend to disappear every now and then. which is not a problem, all i hv to do is scold him a bit(and i really don't mind it...he can see it...i am not trying to 'cling' ). and we take off whr we left.

he is very funny...has this very creative sense of humor which i so so admire....he doesnt try to put me into a box....he is not the jealous/possesive type....he is caring without being too obvious abt it....he is everything i cud ask for in a friend, and more...

For sure!!!

I was maried to an Aqua guy....I was very drawn to him (he had Moon in Scorpio) but now I wished we had stay friends. I lived in a state of anxiety, because I didnt trust him (he wasnt a womaniser), but he lied to me and had money problems.

He also couldnt connect with me emotionally and kept on "running away" from me.

When we parted he was devestated and I heard he got into some trouble, apparently he robbed his employers!

He was an amazing character...very sociable, charismatic, humanitarian, intelligent, kind and very "out there"

But he hurt me........he couldnt be there for me the way I wanted him to be....

I wished we had stayed just friends...

He had an amazing energy...

Vibrant and strong....

But he just couldnt do one to on relationships

Bless him

Oh yeah...he was quite romantic too....when we were out, he would whisper in my ear "as usual, you are the best looking woman in the room" and then he would breathe in my ear....mmmm.....

He was very sensual

It took me forever to get over him

My first love was a cusp aqua/cap. I liked his intelligence first and formost and how close he was with his family. He was not "emotional" and only seemed to be able to express feelings by displaying them physically. Things ended by us growing our own ways. There were no harsh feelings on either side. We were young.

I dated another aqua sun/taurus moon male for a year. Again, I was attracted to his intelligence. I like a smart guy (I have mercury conjunct venus). This was basically a disaster. We should have kept things on the friendly level. He appeared cold and uninterested most of the time, but interestingly enough he flipped and turned stalkerish after the breakup, asking me to marry him, etc. Yikes!

The years have gone by and I've grown. I know what I like and what I need and that is WATER! I crave the gentle comfort of being around other watery souls. It is like snuggling into a warm blanket on a cold night.

I suppose a water sun or moon person with a lot of air in their chart or a strong uranus placement would be compatible though.

I have one aqua male friend (aqua sun/aqua rising) that I've known for 16 years. He would give you the shirt off of his back and is a attracted to the new and unusual. He actually seems to be nicer to his friends but more distant to his wife. She is a bubbly Leo that doesn't seem to be bothered by it though.

I can agree...

I am Pisces with moon,merc,venus and rising in Aqua. I have been involved with a Aqua/Aries guy off and on for almost three years now. I think that water women and from my experience Pisces especially shows Aqua men how to get intouch with their emotions. I think back to when I first met my Aqua and he was a straight stick in the mud. I couldnt move him. After some time though I know just the right turns to get him going. He still does not open up like I wish that he would, but he is alot better then before. I know that I have touched him like no other women has ever and the thought of me leaving for good shakes him up.

Not only that I make him a better person he is totally concerned about what I think of him which allows him to grow bc I totally hold him to a higher standard and he has to deliver and that is part of the process of becoming a better person. He has tried really hard to connect with me on a deeper emotional level, its just in their nature to be the way they are and hold back. And yes they show you through physical displays and so forth how much they care. My Aqua will make a total fool of himself in fromt of all his boys if it means showing me that he cares and I just shake my head for I am embarrassed for him. Our relationship is 80% spiritual the other 20% well :-)... Even if I get out of pocket he reminds me of the road that I should be traveling and I am grateful bc I need to stay mindful. What I do like is that he continues to look over my ways as I do his but sometimes I can really be more stubborn then him..

So in conclusion I do think that Some water women can be all good for these Aqua men and you do have to weather a storm or two to get there though.

But on the subject, I kind of knew about her before I was introduced to BollyWood courtesy of my friend Priyanka. She was named the The most Beautiful woman in the World...or something like that one year. She is gorgeous, and I think she's engaged to an Aquarian Actor too.....atleast it said so on MSN Entertainment. That's soooo apropriate for this thread too since she's a Scorpio girl.

I was once married to an aqua (together for 6 years) which started out lovely! Being one to go with the flow I found myself, near the end, in a relationship that was shallow and devoid of any emotional openness and it freaked me out.

Often times when I was feeling emotional or upset he would stare at me blankly! He was unable to give the nuturance and support I required/needed unfortunately. Well I can tell you that I felt like a needy attention seeking child - often.

He also was typically aqua in that once the relationship was on solid ground he could focus on other things that he enjoyed - lots of other things ie sport. He was just never around and I felt totally neglected and he could never understand why I felt that way. My leo moon needs adoration and I never got that - it was all just so so....

I would like to think that not all aqua's are this emotionally aloof, and being aqua rising I know how it is, but if I was to date another aqua i'd be looking for heavy water in his chart.

My Scorpio man is everything he wsan't and everything I need.
