Question regarding very tight (mutable) Grand Cross as seen in a synastry chart of two people with likely karmic (not romantic) connections. What's the significance? Also, would one persons Chiron conjunct the others IC be very significant in synastry?

BTW, this grand cross involves first person's Pluto in Virgo (6th) opposite the other's Jupiter in Pisces (4th) and the first person's Moon in Gemini (3rd) opposite the other's Neptune in Sag (1st)
