Hi there,

I've only recently learned that there are indeed asteroids named like me and my object of desire. I have no idea what to make of them though.

What do they stand for? Are they relevant in any way in synastry? If so - which way do you look at it? Let's say we and our asteroids are called batman (me :-)) and robin (him). Is it more important how Robin's placed in my chart in relation to my planets (and vice versa) or is it more important how Batman is placed in my chart overlayed by his planets?

I'm confused...can someone help?

Hi janoe...I have only been studying for a couple of months or so, and have been using name asteroids recently...the aspects are AMAZING! This is what I did...put in first and last names of my bf and I...I couldn't find an asteroid for his last name, but he is adopted, so I used his bioligical fathers last name....I threw in my maiden name, and a couple of other family surnames, and VOILA! Lots of very close aspects to each others names, personal planets, angles and such...I put the same names in both of our charts...it has already been established however, that we have very strong soul ties...that, I'm sure, may make a difference...try it!
