I have never heard of twin flames or twin souls before so how do I know for sure what she is? My situation started after locking eyes for about 5 seconds later than about 30 minutes later I got the butterflies than a feeling of love 200 times stronger than anything I ever experienced before a feeling she felt the same and than another feeling that this is a soul mate so how do I know the difference?

Only time will tell! If the connection doesn't fade with time you should pay attention to it. Don't worry about the labels though, they really don't matter at all. The only thing that matters is the connection. Hope this helped :-)
