I was thinking about twin flames and how that's supposed to be a transformative type of love that reflects our true nature as vessels of divinity.I always see the same descriptions of twin flames and what they're supposed to be like when you meet them, etc. What I'm curious about is what type of person we are before this change? Would you say that we are completely different people before an actual physical meeting with our twin? I wonder if we meet our other half many times, but due to the fact we are not at the level of spiritual consciousness we should be, we fall short of realizing the importance of this meeting and relationship.
I'm reminded of Neo and how he was told he was not The One by the Oracle. And then Trinity's confession to him:
"Neo, I'm not afraid anymore. The Oracle told me that I would fall in love and that that man... the man that I loved would be The One. So you see, you can't be dead. You can't be... because I love you. You hear me? I love you."
I do think that we are charged with learning our lessons and growing. I also think that our twin flames are never truly separate from us. However, I would say it takes a large amount of spiritual strength and awareness for us to acknowledge that fact, that we are not alone and never have been. I've felt very alone for a lot of my life, so the concept that we are not alone is a grand one to not only accept(I can say this just fine), but to fully vibrate this in our energetic beings.
I wonder at that moment of manifestation, when one twin meets another, that there is a moment where everything just clicks, a key enters a lock and opens, triggering the mechanisms, we satisfy certain conditions and become The One- when before, we were not able; we were not able to surpass our self-imposed limitations and become The One we were always meant to be.
I'm not sure if I'm making sense lol. Thoughts and ideas are greatly appreciated .
