I know I have been asking a lot of questions on this forum lately but I am in this sort of "twilight" zone where I can't stop getting rid of the past and redefining myself. It's probably due to Saturn's final transit in my sign.

I got rid of a lot of material things, thoughts, patterns that no longer served me. Now, I'm onto ties that should have been release a long time ago!

I want to feel free and reborn. I'm trying to erase the past so I can rise from the ashes.

Yesterday, I looked up a bunch of "release" rituals online as I want to release some past fling/unrequited love from my memory, soul and heart once and for all. I wrote everything about the situation.

I listed his qualities, the way the situation unfolded, the pain I went through, the unhealthy attachment that arose on my part, the feelings the unrequited love triggered in me, the hate I felt towards him at some point, and I thanked him and the universe for making me go through this situation in order to grow and become a better person.

I wrote the lessons I learned from that encounter and how I deserved to be loved which is the reason why I am letting go of this unwanted tie.

I wrote a couple of pages that I now what to burn in order to release the energy from my soul. I initially wanted to do it today, but then I realized that there is a new moon taking place in Leo tomorrow.

Would it be better to burn this piece of paper today and throw the ashes in the river tomorrow night or burn it tomorrow?

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated!

I was going to perform my ritual tonight by the river but there is an unexpected thunderstorm, so I'm going to have to postpone this (of course! Facewall!). There were no thunderstorms all summer and of course, there has to be one today!

It's so dark even though it's only 6 pm. Looks like the end of the world!

I remember that back in 2013, I was about to perform the exact same ritual regarding the same person and an unexpected thunderstorm ruined my plans.
