Hey guys, I'm very green when it comes to astrology, until a few days ago all I knew was my sun sign, so I'm wondering if anyone will be nice enough to explain to me how this composite stuff works! I know out "personal planets" are supposed to essentially touch, but none of ours are touching, but I do feel a connection. Can someone explain if there's anything that stands out in out composite or what it says about us? Please let me know if my picture is too big, I'm on my phone so sometimes the pics are bigger on a computer than what I see on my phone.

candycrush,

I'm going to transfer your topic to the forum named Interpersonal Astrology where you'll get more responses.

A few remarks, however. First, what you posted is not a composite chart, it's a synastry chart. A synastry chart consists of two natal charts overlayed for comparison of zodiac degree positions, while a composite would be the chart generated from all the midpoints (the midpoint of both natal suns becomes the composite sun and so on). There's a big difference between those two chart types as you can see, and if you don't know anything about what those charts mean and can show, I would recommend to go to astro.com first where you generated that chart wheel, and look for the option "astro click portrait" where you can click on all the features of a natal chart wheel to learn what the individual placements mean, it's an easy way to get a grasp and it's better anyway to start with both natals separately. They also have such an "astro click" option for composites btw.

Second, what do you mean about your personal planets "not touching"? There are numerous contacts between the personal planets in your charts, as is the case in most synastry charts. So I don't quite follow you here and suspect another misunderstanding about what "personal planet" and "touching" actually means.

Third, if you want good answers, you should provide a little more information to the potential readers. For instance, in the synastry chart you posted, it would be important to know whether both birth times are correct or not (because if not, the Moon position could be off by +/- 6 degrees, and all the house placements would be irrelevant) and also, please state who is who (inside/outside).

Also, personal planets express somewhat differently for men and women. Of course it would therefore be helpful to know the gender of both people.

Some readers might also like to know whether the two people in question actually know each other in RL or not, and what the status of their relationship is (mutually acknowledged attraction, close friendship, marital relationship, unrequited crush, celebrity crush etc.). Not only does this give more precision to the readings; some readers might actually prefer not to read for purely hypothetical relationships/crushes and it would only be fair to inform them what they're looking at.

Anyway, closing and transferring this now, good luck in any case!
