We lost touch, and haven't seen or spoken to eachother in 10 years, living in separate countries all this time. However I have thought about him over the years. We are now living in the same city, and when we saw eachother he asked for my number and said we should meet up.

He text me the other day saying it was a huge coincidence bumping into me, and to let him know if I wanted to meet. I replied saying yes and to let me know when he was back in the city (he went away for the weekend), so that we could meet up.

I haven't heard from him yet (a week ago). However last night I saw him outside my apartment building (the same place where we bumped into eachother last time). I saw him in the corner of my eye, but I didn't go up to him, and I walked past pretending I hadn't seen him, and figured if I walked past he would approach me. But he didn't.
I didn't want to go up to him because I felt weird as I text him last saying to let me know when he's back in the city, but he obviously didn't, and I didn't want to have to go up to him because he looked like he didn't want to be seen - he was standing behind some trees.

I wonder if he's changed his mind. I'm not sure if he has a girlfriend, and I don't know if he just sees this as friends or if he was attracted to me when he saw me, but he seemed really keen to get my number. But its strange he didn't say anything to me last night.

How do Gemini's tend to view thier ex's? If he's not interested why was he in the same place we bumped into eachother, obviously hoping to see me? Should I text him and ask him when he's back in the city (pretending I haven't seen him yet) so we can meet- although I'm not sure I should as I asked him to let me know when he's back, or do they prefer to chase?

In all honesty, I believe you should allow him to contact you. You already conceded and gave him your number. You already answered his question if you wanted to meet up, you said yes. He told you he was going out of town, you asked him to let you know when he got back. He did not. He may not be ready to see you. And while i believe its great to see an ex after 10 yrs, especially one that you ended in good terms with, I would tell you to treat him as a brand new person you are just meeting. I mean, its been ten years. I am sure you are not the same person. He would not be either after so many years. Take your time and see what happens.

Just days ago when I went out for lunch around where I live (and after some minutes I couldn't decide what I wanted to eat), I turned my vehicle to go back home AND I saw his vehicle at my back.

He looked at me with a straight (poker) face and approached me. I wasn't shocked rather I thought it was creepy. Did he stalk me? Did he plan to kill me right now? Why he was here? lol *I'm just kidding*. He asked if I would take some coffee with him which was almost the routine in our relationship, he loves coffee, so...

I said, "I want to go home, why are you here?"
He said, "I want to buy some paint walls but I saw you passing by so I turned around and I planned to hit your vehicle from the back."
I almost laughed but pretended it wasn't funny, "Did you serious? No, I mean, seriously, what was your intention? I saw you like following me from the back, since when?"
He said, "I want to take some coffee, will you join me?"
I said, "I want to go home."
He said, "Ok."

Then he followed me to my home. After I parked my vehicle, I came to him (he stayed outside) and he asked again, "I want to take some coffee, will you join me?" so I said, "Fine. Ok."
