My relationship had been stagnant probably due to Moon opposite my Venus.. since we decided to be “official.” You’d guess that someone with a fiery personality (Leo rising, Aries moon) would be more aggressive, passionate, attention seeking but instead it seemed like he gave absolutely no craps about me. My chest is burdened with the age old question: “What could’ve I done different?”

When men are too close for too long, they turn into slugs. They have to pull away so they can feel their feelings again. I really believe this.

This is true for everyone. Its only when we are "away" from home that we come to understand what a true "homecoming" feels like. And what "home" means.

Your man has Aries Moon. You need to still remain "unavailable" to him even after you two are in a relationship.

Mystery excites Aries as it spells "challenge" in their heads. And to get to "conquer" something that is a challenge is appealing to them.

Also note that if his Moon is in the 9th house. He will love you more when you are further from him.

9th house lunar people tend to love/nurture in the "general" sense of the word I.e they will call and talk for hours with you. And that usually means that they were thinking of you and really like you.

But in the same breath, they may ignore you or downplay your presence when you are near. Unless you are relating stories to them about your adventures and are a vivid storyteller.

You need to treat them more as partners in a life as an adventure- where you two are having separate experiences eg. You go out with your friends, go hiking by yourself and have external activities exclusive to you(that you can now and then invite him to join you on)

With Aries on the cusp of the 9th,they need to maintain their own sense of freedom (even when in a relationship).

If the Moon is in the 8th house, mystery becomes more paramount and moodiness increases. But also the need to get sexually "close".

Typically there is more beneath the surface with the Moon in 8th: insecurity or feelings of fear of loss, jealousy, suspicion and a tendency to react defensively in love. Thereby having trouble letting others in.

When Aries is the energy that is on the cusp of the 8th house, one may have a very direct approach to sexuality i.e a quick and frequent roll in the hay, strong lustful impulses and a tendency to bypass foreplay for the " raw" part of sex.

But with moon there(as earlier said) emotions are involved. So this makes one heck of a moody lover. Or a lover that needs a lot of TLC in sex and intimacy.

The inner ego is likely sensitive and fearful(this despite whatever bravado that Aries energy may put on)

I'm back on LL (sorry it's been awhile) and this relationship has been done for a while. I moved to a different city and he unfortunately was going through a drug problem while we were dating which explained a lot. We have since remained friends.

His Asc is actually Virgo
