I will look at the Composite since you asked me to see signs for marriage,
7th house ruler is in the 5th
opposite Chiron
square Venus
Juno conjunct IC
trine Chiron

It looks good, but since 7th house ruler is in stressed aspect with Venus -- the marriage could end suddenly or could start suddenly, a lot of erratic energies
opposite Chiron means there is a lot of desire to do so but there will be fears and restrictions blocking them and a lot of pain from past relationships -- have one of them especially the woman tried to marry before?
The woman may also feel like her romantic needs aren't fulfilled but she has a lot of love for him,
