Could anyone give me opinions on this? Looks like trouble.

Venus has nice aspects, but a full 12th house on the cusp of my natal 7th doens't look good. Also, Uranus in the 7th and Pluto conjunct the IC. Am I going to break up? I am so nervous about this.

Hmm.. The packed 12th house might mean it will be a really introspective year for you that will show through your relationship. The Pluto emphasizes this, it seems like a transformation will take place that involves a lot of soul searching. It could mean a break up, but do you really think that will happen? It could also just mean new levels of depth are achieved with you two.

Uranus in the 7th *could* indicate a break, but it could also mean there's a new sense of freedom in your relationship. Overlayed with your natal 1st seems like it would have a profound affect on your personality, maybe you are becoming more independent and interested in new things, are more liberated, and it's facilitated by changes in your relationship. Venus in the SR 1st reflects this and seems like you will come across as more charming, personable, and attractive overall.

Venus, the Moon, and Mars are in harmony, so that seems like the possibilities lean more to the 'positive' side.

Saturn in the 2nd square Moon looks like financial obligations might become burdensome, and Uranus quincunx natal moon seems like you might have trouble balancing your relationship with other aspects of your life..

Sun conjunct Jupiter seems like you will have a positive outlook for the year, so although things might change, they won't get you down.

Well, I don't want it to happen, but my bf has tough transits ahead. Neptune opposing Venus being one of them. i'll have Saturn square ascendant. So when I looked at this SR with this packed 12th house and the weird 7th, I thought about the possibility of being cheated on, or cheating on him.

Well, I suppose that could happen seeing as the 12th rules all things hidden. But you could easily prevent that in yourself, I think, by focusing the energy on the positive associations with the 12th house, like introspection or spirituality. so that it doesn't manifest outside of yourself.

Not that you have control over other people, but it is a way to try to channel all the energy of the 12th.

Another example is Pluto conjunct the IC. It could be difficult, but you are aware of the energy right now. Pluto only wants transformation, it doesn't require that you suffer per se. If you decide to transform on your own while staying aware of the energy, I think it will be much easier to deal with than if you had no idea what was going on. I hope this helps. Don't worry so much, you never know for sure about the future, but what you focus on will often manifest.
