I think it was a sudden idea for him, that made him feel alive. I think he wants a beautiful change in his life rn and was looking for it thinking about moving to Las Vegas, plus he is also looking for love out there. but he did let go of this idea cause it seemed too difficult for him to make everything become real. Too much problems for this moving out thing, so no, he didn't move there.
