How cold is it haha! I will exchange with you. I have noticed J not really paying attention to me during conversations. I think I mentioned this before but it’s like I feel he doesn’t think of me as very intelligent. The other volunteers have college educations. I am a retired executive chef. Not stupid! Is it my imagination?

So what I get here is that when you think he does not pay attention, he does but in a more subtle way as in he looks aloof but is not, he thinks about what you say when you say it. So it only at times looks like he does not pay attention when he does.
I do feel it is more of well not fears but being hyper aware of what he does so you magnify the way he is and you find things to be different than they are in RL.
I dont see he find you to be stupid it is him not acting according to what you hope at times and I feel this give you the illusion of him seeming not interested.

Ok I started to pull cards and stopped at two. Queen of cups is you and with the judgement card he may feel that you jump to conclusions sometimes and second guess the relationship with him. It’s just what the cards are saying not necessarily what I feel. He is very happy in this relationship with you and otherwise sees nothing wrong with you.

He doesnt think you are "better off" . I dont yet feel like he wants to get back together. It does not feel one or the other it feels more grey and not definite.
I feel like he really wants to first build a better foundation this time around before he makes a decision on what he wants with you.
He has been thinking about you and I feel like he wants to be more sure in himself and not make a wrong decision he will regret. I get a fear of regret and passing on happiness.
So there is a lot of thought in him recently.

The middle cards are showing him isolated and stubborn ( Bear + Tower). He wants you two to go out again ( Garden).

Yes it would be really helping intuitivefish as it'd give him the courage to express himself as well and make a first move.

The energies feel positive so if you continue on this path he'll open up about his feelings soon..

Remember though let him do it on his own time.

What I feel you enjoying more and giving you a bigger purpose in life is education route.
I feel like even though it may test you at times it will give you a higher self awareness and I feel like this is where your path in career would lead you. So I just feel like the education route would bring you a better awareness of yourself.
