Next 3 months seems to be unlikely; extend the timeline to 4 months, and that is a much higher probability. Let me pull with a 4 month timeline instead.

You should be able to get your own place in the next 4 months- I think your landlady will be a very organised person (queen of wands, here). I think you will like new place as it will be comfortable and cozy (it wont be huge, but it'll be what you're looking for).

Physically:

Are you and your POI from different cultural backgrounds? I find that your POI may think you have a very different, exotic look that they do not see much around where they are. I think physically your POI thinks you have a very low maintenance earthy look to you. So, may you wear very little make up? Your look a bit more mature than your age (or could be the way you present yourself) a earthy serious woman you look very serious all the time perhaps. I'd say overall your POI finds you attractive in a low key earthy way.

I think that you both will be ok with a low key connection and even a slowwww moving situation. I see it moving pretty slow. I think that one of you; your POI or you are going to start feeling a little impatient which will leave some disappointment. I do see thing starting to be a bit more open not too much but, it will be a bit problematic not all roses and rainbows. I think you bothare hesitant to be very open about this connection for awhile

Not right now. He will not be okay with dating. That is the energy around this question for now.He would be feel very restricted if someone asked him that. Right now he is not willing to go that route. I think with the last card, it tells me there really is not enough to really answer the question more. Like...more is needed. I feel this means: more interaction, communication, time spent together things like that. Which I feel in this connection has not happened. So, at the moment it's a no. But also right now there is not enough to solidify any really answer here.

I think you two would actually be compatible. I see that if some good interaction, consistent and getting to know eachother the feeling would be one of familiarity like you will feel you both known eachother a long time. The friendship, the interests, attraction would be mutual. Easy to get a long together. I think when it comes to material gains (career finances, etc) you both have the same outlook. I see him being the type who is overall a catch for a relationship I see more long term. He is mature, dedicated and serious. I think that if things could just get going kick off that potential would be great here.
