I pulled sowilo - ingwaz and dagaz.
All three runes are lovely so this is a clear yes !
Sowilo is the sun, it talks about happiness success and victory.
Ingwaz represents the seed (LOL) and is also about divine love and peace.
Lastly dagaz is a new day and a new beginning, it literally means dawn/day.
So it seems that when you ll meet it will be like a new beginning of you two or it will feel that way.
I tried with tarot as well just for practice, forgive my limited knowledge!
I pulled ace of chalices, 6 of chalices and 3 of pentacles!
The Ace tells me that this is a yes again and the meeting will be an emotional one, 6 of cups next to it means that you ll feel familiar and the meeting will maybe awaken some happy past memories between you.
Lastly 3 of pents in the booklet that accompanies the deck is "the glory of Horus - negotiated advantage, reascention, celebrity".
I searched about 3 of pents and got that it means the initial completion of a plan or goal, teamwork, initial fullfillment and collaboration. In terms of the particular q, I guess 3 of pents is a really good card (teamwork)  lol Its 2 questions actually the way I phrased it, so please tell me an extra one.

I pulled runes firstly.
Hmm the answer isnt clear I am afraid.
I pulled ansuz, which is the rune of Odin (the mighty god in Norwegian mythology, who gave his eye to the well of Mimir so that he ll learn the runes).
Then I pulled nauthiz and berkana rx clarified with mannaz.
So these runes tell us that maybe the answer will come to you via signs, omens. Ansuz is about communication and also signs (like of the universe).
Then nauthiz is about need(s) and also passion and perseverance, so it could be that the answer depends on how much you need that new beginning to come, since "Need is the mother of invention", maybe you ll need to find a way to it.
Lastly berkana rx is about this new beginning that doesnt come and the disappointment you may feel because of it. I use clarifications for reversals but sometimes the clarification itself contains a message too, so mannaz here is about the humanity and the community, people at large, crowds and even the higher self. This reading tells me that the sooner you want this to come, the sooner you should take action for that, maybe its something connected to community or the masses, but unfortunately there isnt a clear answer as of when.
I tried with tarot too in case it offers some clarity.
I pulled 4 of cups. This is connected to Cancer as I found and it could also mean some weeks or months. A method of timing that I found says that it could be 4 months (months for cups and the number of the card combined). I ll wait for feedback

The fool shows being too carefree and perhaps not being very responsible with your job duties or not knowing how to operate things, not taking initiative.
Death, shows endings. Don’t worry, I don’t feel this would be you losing your job. It could be a disconnect with your responsibilities. Also a disconnect with your co-workers. I’m feeling a distance.
Page of cups. You are going to be receiving help, so it looks like instead of a reprimand, someone will be working with you.

Fool and carefree.. I can see why this could be their impression although its not true. Its actually the opposite but people mostly judge by impressions.
Yes distance is real and you are right, there is an absolute disconnection.

Do you mean my behavior or theirs? How can I change the wrongs, cause I really cant find the answer no matter how much I want?

O.K. sorry this is negative. Devil. It's the way they see you, that you are not doing your fair share, not being responsible even though you feel you are. Your supervisor maybe seeing this too and would like you to change but she or someone in authority will be helping you. It could be your personality. UGH! I hate this. So negative  Do you feel this might relate a little???I can't continue for too much longer but would love to in the future. Its funny cause I was thinking of telling you that too, I still remember the fox in lenor that you had told me and proved to be accurate although I didnt see it then (FOOL me LOL)
