There are a number of things I see and the current Pluto in Cap transit is activating some of them.

Venus square Saturn--can mean that they only think of themselves or that they are thrifty, but when you see Pluto connected and mars squaring his Venus. Myself, I would run away and not look back, but that's my opinion. He doesn't have much sensitivity, so unless you want someone who just wants sex or are willing to go through possibly a rough time helping him to learn what love is, you may be taking on a lot with this. The Pluto transit (conjunction) to his natal venus is making him magnetic to others, but it's also squaring his natal mars making for ambition--since you don't have the houses, then you don't know where that fits--relationships, work, etc. If he is aggressive towards getting together with you--putting on pressure, etc., you may want to pass as all the possible negative traits he has may be activated with the challenging aspects (venus square Saturn, mars), etc.

When transiting Saturn conjuncts his natal venus next year, the rose colored glasses will be coming off. If you have Venus in Libra, Cap or Cancer around 20-28 degrees, that will happen for you, too.
