I was in this really nice hospital with lots of semi-familiar people( I had a feeling I knew them, but when I woke, I could not place them).
I had a scan and the doctor said to me "you are having two boys!" I was so jealous, because a woman before me was told she was having a little girl, and that's what I wanted.
Then all the women were whisked one by one to the ward to have their babies and I was told I had another 10 days of waiting! I was gutted.
Gyps, what the hell? the last time I was pregnant was 21 years ago with my daughter!

Pregnancy can represent alot of things kiss.

Like pregnant with ideas, or pregnant with opportunities.

Seems like, you will be presented with two options, and I'm thinking this is work related, but I could be wrong.

Anyway, they won't be EXACTLY what you wish for, like the boys vs. the girls in your dream, but, it will still be something!!

I suppose you will have a waiting period.
(I'm turning my computer OFF, I know how patient you are, NOT!)

Perhaps you will be working with people that you have met briefly in the past, but never quite got to know, just like the beginning of your dream.
