My fiancé is a Scorpio that in the four years since we have been together he has remembered maybe 2 dreams total. So the fact that he remembered one the other night and that it affected him so much makes me wonder if anyone can shed some insight. He dreamed I was sick with Leukemia. I was undergoing chemo and I had lost all my hair. He quit his job to stay home and take care of me on a full time basis. Every day after school, my son (who is 11 years old) would come home from school and ask how I was doing and my fiancé would lie and tell him that I was getting better. My fiancé knew that wasn’t the case. This dream woke him up at 4am a couple nights ago and he was so upset by it he couldn’t go back to sleep.

I don't know what to say in response to your fiance's dream; the title just drew me in, because on my Dad's birthday this year, I dreamt that he had Cancer, and that his brother had flown in to help us all out financially. I was miserable on his birthday, after that. This happened weeks after my cousin was diagnosed with Cancer, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it. That's the worst dream I've ever had... so vivid. IP: Logged |

This is from dreamoods.comTo dream that someone has cancer, indicates that you need to change your negative way of thinking before it eats away at you. Start being more positive BUT, In my opinion, these kind of 'dread' dreams that we dream about the people we love so very much are pretty common. It's just an internal fear that we might lose somone dear to us. Like Mothers that dream of losing their children in crowds and such.. it's a fear/worry/anxiety type of thing.
As far as prophecy, I can say that I used to dream of my husband dying alot when we were first married. I mean horrible nightmares where I would wake up shaking and crying, and I would grab the bed to make sure he was still in it. Then I found out he was cheating, and the dreams stopped. So, to me his 'dying' was symbolic for the death of my trust for him, but I would imagine that this is super individualized to each and every dreamer. IP: Logged | |
